This dictation microphone quit working after 10 months and I contacted the seller. He replied he would repair or replace it for $99.00. The Nuance warranty for these microphones are 2 years. When I contacted the seller that I wanted to replace it he did not ever respond to me. I tried to contact 6 times requesting to replace it and pay the $99.00, however he has not responded to me over the past three months. Stay away from this company
