eZn Pudding Hair Color (Ash Beige) – Korean Dye for Sensitive Scalps

Hi everyone! I’d like to leave a really wonderful review for this product. My story began when I wanted to dye my natural hair into something natural-looking, but a bit different. I ended up leaving the salon with black hair at first, but I didn’t like that black. Then they did an AirTouch on me, but the AirTouch turned out almost pure blonde. Neither the first nor the second result made me happy. I went around with that AirTouch for about a month or a month and a half, until it fully faded to yellow. Then I found this dye. It was in a beige tone. I tried it, and I was extremely satisfied because the color turned out very even, beautiful, and without patches. Even the black from my roots left over from the first dye slightly lightened and looked more natural. It matched my roots really well. Overall, I’m very happy with the result. Honestly, I think it’s even better than the salon result I got two months ago. I don’t know how it works on dark, natural hair, but in my case, most of my hair—about 80%—was lightened with AirTouch, and the roots had been dyed black. After all of this, this is the result I got, and I really love it. If anyone has a situation similar to mine, I’d say go for it without hesitation because this is truly an amazing product, and I highly recommend it. Especially for the price—it’s just a steal. This fixed my hair!!! I tried to remove blue grey which turned my hair green and made it smell so bad c so, I tried to color correct by adding pink, but then made it worse. I was about to stay home forever and decided to try Korean stuff this time. It had zero smell, came with gloves, clothing protectant, and clear instructions. My container to mix in was cracked, but I have a ton of other containers I used instead so it wasn’t a big deal for me and barely any solution leaked out. I was so happy with the process and the results and I C felt my hair was softer. The color comes out darker than the box photo but lightens up to match after one or two washes. I am going to switch to using this moving forward.

How is "ash beige" described as smoky ash, actually a warm reddish brown in some spots and purple in others? This literally ruined my hair. It either deposited copper or lifted my natural brown to red. I have white areas which turned purple. It also fried my hair after only 10 minutes on my hair and the color has no dimension or shine. 0/10 do not recommend.

I dyed my hair with Ash Beige in early April when my hair was a cool toned grey, and this is the result after 2.5 months. I can no longer upload older pics during the fading process but this hair dye is one of the best for those who do hair dyeing DIYs. The reason is because a lot of hair dyes only focus on the immediate result instead of the actual maintenance. This hair dye makes you look as if you got it done professionally as the color is very sophisticated, as well as the fading process. Since this is not a hair manicure, it doesn’t stain the hair and makes sure that the color fades back to a blonde (if you bleach your hair). Which is rare when a lot of Western brands can never return my hair back to a blonde because they end up staining my hair, and the only way to remove it is to bleach it or cut it. As someone who loves to change hair colors often and easily gets bored, this is perfect. TLDR: If you want your hair to look natural and professionally done, this is the best DIY brand.

Very little product, i have very short hair rn & deff didnt have enough with one. The color (Ash beige) didnt pick up roots for some reason…they were bleached blonde as well but did take any brass/orange out & turned the rest Greyyy. Nothing like the color…. Nothing beige about it. One box is pretty expensive for the amount you get.. idk if i would buy again. If i did it would be a diff color & i would have to see how it holds-up. Kinda dissapointed

(I did half of my hair at the ends because I wanted to do a ombré inspired style) You’re going to need more than one hair dye if you have thick and sorta long hair(of course). I only went with one bleach and one of the (smoky ash beige) hair dye. I only left the bleach on for I believe 40 minutes because it’s been said you can leave it on up to an hour that is considered ok even though the box says 30 minutes. I don’t think I gave it enough time because I ended up missing some spots and I kept applying over my hair that I thought I missed. Thank God there is the hair dye and I didn’t just get the bleach because the missed spots looked awkward. The hair dye ended up being golden according to a friend who said that. It looks like a mix of orange brown to me so the hair dye ended up not being like the photo I saw on here. The hair dye box looks like a shade of brown instead of a lighter shade. I was looking forward to a blonde color but finding a Korean blonde shade is difficult. Of course it’s difficult to get lighter hair when you have darker hair. If I was to do this again in the future, since I purchased another one I would leave it on both up to an hour to see how lighter it will be. Much love and peace in Jesus name!

Video is the dye on, image after is my hair before the dye. Super easy to use. I used the ash beige color. I used this to dye my virgin black-brown hair (so sorry for the low quality image) and it was great! The packaging itself is cute, the value is great- (I got it for $16) the smell isn’t harsh, and the dye comes with a gloves, conditioner, and a plastic… sheet? I’m not sure what they’re called, but those plastic sheets that wrap around you to keep your clothes clean while dying. It lasted really long despite being semi permanent for me, about five months. Would totally use again!

This product is great for at-home application. If you have longer hair, I recommend getting more than one box. Overall, I achieved a solid color payoff even with black roots!
