It works
I like it! I experimented just to see if I stopped taking it would I see the effects of not taking it. I did feel extra anxiety and my nails are breaking again and my hair itching. Needless to say I’m done with the experiment I’m taking the pills again.

It was very helpful to stop sinus infection and painI took 3x2 a day for less then week and I’ m finally pain free.In addition I did rinse with nasal salt twice a day

The call it the happy pill
They call this the happy pill, but I would call it the optimism pill. From the first time I took it, I felt optimistic about life about everything. I wanted to take it because my liver enzymes were a little elevated and I thought it would be a good support for my liver and I got way more than I expected. I feel really good all the time.

Incomplete product description and passed expiration date
The product was passed its expiration date (exp 11/14). Also, I was shocked to see a sticker on the lid that read: "California Prop 65: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or reproductive harm." Ummm... What?? I doubled checked the seller's page and this is not listed anywhere in the description. I looked it up to see why this label would pertain to this blend of herbs and found that it is listed on almost all single or combination herbs originating from China due to potentially toxic levels of heavy metals residing in the soil and factories where the herbs are grown and harvested. My acupuncturist prescribed this blend for me but after bringing this to his attention, he said this was the first he'd heard of it and that he would email Blue Poppy to get further clarification on this. This of course is not the seller's fault, but this information should be included in the description and not slapped on the bottle to be found out after the purchase. And selling an expired product to boot... Will not buy from them again.
