Helped with hot flashes.
This helped with the hot flashes. It didn’t eliminate them but helped make them less severe. But it takes a week to build up in your system so don’t give up after 3 days!

Vital health formula
These vitamins are in some ways similar to the also excellent Geritol in its solid vitamin version rather than liquid in having certain rarer minerals added and in the right propertion for my health matters. They also have soy extract which is very helpful to post menopausal women like me hence the name Menopause Multivitamin.

They are ok
Will these pills was helpful with my Hot Flashes but after taking steroids for being sick with my allergies these pills don't work anymore. They are good in a way. But don't take if your taking steroids for sinus infection.

It's been a while since I wrote an amazon review but these vitamins have made such a difference. I am 48 and was wondering why I wasn't feeling like myself. Brain fog, forgetfulness, restless legs, hot flashes, cold flashes, insomnia, and just irritable as heck for no reason. It dawned on me that I must be in perimenopause! My cycle has also been off lately, after arriving on time for years and years. These vitamins have me feeling like myself again. To note, I also bought these with a magnesium supplement. The combo of these with the magnesium supplement is 100% legit

Works really well for hot flashes!! I had a bad time struggling with sudden hot flashes. It reduced the same day when I started these supplements. Recommend the product!!
