This is my go-to for organic spices, and I love this organic garlic powder. I use garlic a lot and on a lot of my meals. Meats, veggies, eggs, and more. This has a great flavor, the perfect texture, and is fresh.

Love this spice! I put garlic on almost everything. Having the powder is much easier with my fast pace life. The flavor and quality is great and love that it’s organic. I still use fresh garlic, but the powder is great for on hand. Smells good too!!

My absolute favorite garlic powder!! Simply Organic spices are The Best!!! I Love garlic, and, when I discovered that I had an allergy to whatever the chemical is used by other companies (to “prevent caking and to make it easier to pour”), I switched. Dried, chemical free, garlic ~ perfect! The product tastes great and is salt free, win win. Their other spices are wonderful too. I highly recommend them.

OK so I wouldn’t have given it five stars I would’ve given it 4 1/2. But it is really good. You can spend less money and get more. I worked in restaurants for years and years and I cook a lot. This is a really high-end product, especially if you like organic.

After reading Consumer Reports on the herbs that are being sold, and the widespread problem with added issues in them, I have switched all of mine to Simply Organic. I love this stuff. We use garlic powder like salt, so I have this on rotation. It has one ingredient: garlic. We use it on and with most everything. The taste is pure and clean.

知人の勧めで購入。 冷製パスタやドレッシングなど生でニンニクを食すお料理の時、子供達には辛かったりする為、こちらはそれが抑えられていてマイルドに仕上がり良いです。しかも、オーガニックというところも良い。 ただ、ニンニク大好きな私にとっては、生のニンニクのガツンとくる感じはないかなぁ、、と。 でも、十分ニンニク感があるし、ニンニクがない時、ニンニクをすったりが面倒な時にかなり重宝します。

粗目のパウダーなので、粉粉したものよりもニンニクの風味がダイレクトで大変好みです。

普段は生のニンニクを使用するのですが、時間がない時は、パウダー状の物などサッと使えると物を使用しています。 以前はスーパーにあるのを使用していましたが、いまいちで、こちらを購入してみました。 生のニンニクには勝りませんが、こう言った物の中では、良いと思います。 しばらく使ってみたいと思います。
