Will this fit a upvc door with a multipoint locking mechanism?

Yes it will. I kept my (original) multi lock in my upvc door and used it with the new handle. It’s a 4 point multi lock. Once fitted the door will lock the deadlock automatically - then you lift the handle manually to engage the multi lock(s). This works on both entry and exit.

Can you put these locks on patio doors

Does the pato door take a normal handle multi-point security lock? If so then most likely yes. You would need a local double glasig fitter as an extra access hole for cable wire may be needed..... it needed this on my fornt door.
