Can you buy a cover for this house or something?

I bought the IKEA Kura bed panels and hang them on just one side and they’re great.

How hard is this to assemble?

My very kind husband assembled it. It took him about 15 minutes. It seemed fairly easy

Would this be good with a sheet over it outside for a kids fort?

Yes, you could use it outside with a sheet.

Can you hang swings from the sides?

No. It’s not sturdy enough to hang swings on or for kids to hang on.
