I just had to buy a cpap machine. i travel and i hate the bag that came with it. i would like to know the inside dimensions of the main compartment.

I LOVE it ! It has several sections to put special things and pockets for meds, salves, etc. Whoever designed this knew what they were doing and what is needed. It's the best medical bag made as far as I'm concerned. Size is about 14 inches long and 6 inches wide but it opens up to pretty good roomy size . It has another compartment for detailed instruments on the outside. Also you can see two large pockets as well. In the pic you see it laying out open - it is on the outside of the main bag as shown. It also has two types of carry handles - one to carry by hand and another for the shoulder carry if wanted.

Would this bag accommodate a bathroom weighing scale measuring 13.6" x 13.6" x 2.3" ?

The LxWxH measurements of the bag is 15.79 x 9.02 x 13.82 inches. My guess is no.
