are these cables an up-grade that will work on a Rockville Package PA System 10" RPG2x10 ?

I don’t know the specs on the Rockville system. These cables have a speakon on one end and a 1/4” male end on the other. Speakon jacks can be found on speaker or power amplifiers depending on design.
