Helps in the fight against colds ..I mean you can never know for definite but over the last year or so I have had many colds try to take full effect ,and I haven't fully succumbed as I used too..fingers crossed it continues

Have been taking these for about a month and I feel generally better. The most significant improvement was is that the hot flashes seem to have disappeared during certain nights or have significantly reduced their frequency.

Would've liked it in a capsule, but the tablets are medium size and quite easy to swallow. Would've given 5 stars but I had a minor rash in the first 2 days, I stopped taking then resumed, than had no more rashes at all.
