A high class single malt. Great for new malt drinkers or seasoned hands.
Tamnavulin's Signature Speyside Single Malt matured in German Pinot Noir red wine casks is a refined and well-balanced dram. The influence of the Pinot Noir casks brings a subtle fruitiness with hints of red berries, soft plum, and a touch of spice, that blends beautifully with the smooth, honeyed character of the Speyside malt.At 40% ABV, itās light and easy-drinking, making it perfect for those who enjoy a mellow, rounded whisky without overwhelming peat or smoke.Thereās a gentle vanilla sweetness and oaky warmth on the finish, making it a lovely weekend or evening sipper.Excellent value for money and a great choice for both new whisky drinkers and seasoned fans looking for something a little different. A classy, enjoyable bottle. The other thing I love about malts is the packaging and design. So it was nice to see lovely colours being used, that ties into the Pinot Noir red wine theme.NB I put this bottle into my basket and waited till the price dropped, which it did after 2 weeks. I got Ā£19 off the normal price. BRILLIANT.

An acquired tasteā¦but worth the effort.
Smokier and peatier than I expected (and usually like), and at nearly 60% proof this is a strong whiskeyā¦but Iāve grown to love it despite my initial reservations. Pricey but a bargain if you get the half price deal (cĀ£60).
