As good as advertised, I have psoriasis and this cream cools & calms the itch. Goes on easy, spreads well, no fragrance and non greasy. It has great thickness but not too thick like some paste. I rank it up with my favorite CeraVe intense moisturizer but this cost less. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Best lotion with no irritation no smell great protection on my skin size of container is good I like it has a pump. No color and no greasiness . Helps with rashes. Only thing I can use on my grandkids .

I waited to write this review until I used the product for about six weeks. I can honestly say I've tried it and I love it! I did not want to use skin creams on my face before, because I am prone to breakouts. I decided to give this a try because my skin, while still prone to breakouts, has gotten a lot drier, and I hated going around with dry-looking, dry-feeling skin. I have been putting this on morning AND night after washing my face. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling like I've been to a spa! I don't know if I look any better, but it sure makes me feel better! Actually, I feel like it gives my skin a finished look, which is about as good as it gets since I don't wear makeup. (I did wear makeup one time over this skin cream and had no problems with it.) Reasons I love it: - Great price! - Absorbs well! - Leaves my skin feeling nurtured, pampered, and soft. - I've had no adverse reactions; no rash, itchiness, redness, or breakouts.

This stuff is the real deal. I can't believe it has any reviews lower than 5 stars. My skin LOVES this cream. I have purchased creams and moisturizers from high-end brands and spent hundreds of dollars. None of those products compare to vanicream. Not only is it budget friendly, but one jar will last you MONTHS. I have combination skin and am prone to the occasional eczema flare up. My biggest skin issue has always been how dry and flakey my cheeks get. My T-zone is very oily, which I can handle, but keeping the skin on my cheeks moisturized has been a struggle for years. I regret not learning about this product sooner. The first night I used vanicream, I woke up the next day and my skin still felt soft and bouncy. I was impressed. I continued using vanicream every night for several weeks, and I can't believe the positive effect it's had on my skin. I am not overexagerating when I say this stuff has been a game changer for me. Thinking about all the money I've wasted on name brand products makes me cringe so hard. I had such a positive experience using it on my face that I also tried using it in the bend of my arm when I had a small eczema patch appear. The next day it was cleared up. This stuff healed the eczema the same way cortisone cream does, but minus the addictive steroid! I've been using it on my face, body, and hands now, and I've not had a single negative experience yet. Now, onto the specifics. I saw so many other reviews complaining that the cream doesn't immediately soak into their skin, and that's so silly to me. If something is working for you, why complain about such a minor issue?! Yes, you have to rub this cream in well. When you first apply it to your face, it looks like you just applied a glob of sunscreen. Depending on how much you apply, it's going to take a minute or two for you to rub in the cream. I usually apply it before bed when I'm doing my usual nightly skincare routine and I have the TV playing in the background. I just watch whatever movie or series that's playing while rubbing in the cream. This stuff works so well I could not care less that I actually have to put effort into applying it. Is this a good morning cream to apply before makeup? No. Use a lighter moisturizer for that. From my experience, the formula does not work very well with makeup on top. This cream is great to use at night, before you go to bed, so that it can work it's magic while you sleep. It's fragrance free. For anyone that is sensitive to smells, you don't have to be concerned about that with this product. In terms of consistency, vanicream is somewhere in the middle. It's not super thick, but it's not runney either. One of my favorite things about this cream is that it's noncomedogenic, aka, it won't clog your pores or cause acne. So for all my acne-prone friends out there, you don't have to worry about that with vanicream. This stuff is also usable for people with sensitive skin. Being eczema prone, my skin is pretty sensitive, but I haven't experienced any negative effect from it. I really just love this stuff and my skin loves it too. You can feel it absorb into your skin, and even hours after you've applied it, your skin literally feels moisturized and bouncy. Also, because I have combination skin, my T-zone is usually pretty oily, but this cream hasn't caused any excess oil for me. I'm not sure what else to say other than to give this stuff a try. I was blown away by its effectiveness. The fact that it's so budget friendly makes me even more satisfied. No more spending $80-$100 on moisturizing creams, and that's honestly a relief in and of itself. If this review was too long to read, just know this cream is amazing, my combination/eczema prone skin loves it, and for the first time, in a long time, I feel like I've found a solid product that truly works for me. I have horrible eczema and dry skin in general. This is a good lotion to use. It doesn’t seem to break my skin out. Helps with the dryness and makes your skin more moisturized. I will be buying it again, maybe just not in such a big container. It lasts a long time. It’s a good amount for a great price. I’ll attach a picture below. I do recommend it for people with eczema especially. The size is great! Lasts for a rly long time!!

This Vanicream tub with the pump is literally the only moisturizer that doesn’t make my super-dry, sensitive skin freak out. No fragrance, no stinging, no breakouts — just thick, rich cream that actually hydrates all day. The pump is great for quick moisturizing and the price is insane for how long one tub lasts. Been repurchasing for years — nothing else compares. If you have eczema-prone or sensitive skin, you need to get this product.

This cream is a total lifesaver. It calms my son’s dry, eczema-prone skin instantly, has zero fragrance or irritants, and absorbs beautifully without feeling greasy. Pediatrician-recommended and it actually works, his skin has never been this soft and flare-up free. Only tiny complaint: when the jar is almost empty, the pump stops working and you have to scoop out the last bit with a spatula or open the lid. Annoying, but not a dealbreaker because the cream itself is perfect. Still 5 stars — we won’t use anything else. Just wish they’d fix the pump for the last 10%! Highly recommend for sensitive or eczema skin.

My favorite lotion. I love that the ingredients are limited, and while other unscented lotions I have used had a funky bandaid smell, this one doesn’t smell bad at all. It’s thick and moisturizing and has worked well for my sensitive skin.
