Case is surprisingly small, which would be my favorite part if it weren't for the great battery life (haven't charged them in a week, use for 2-3 hours every day.) They pair very easy, the LG app is great, ambient sound can be cranked up to turn your hearing into a superhero, black is always cool, and they sanitize themselves. Wait, WHAT? Yeah, they straight up SANITIZE the earbuds when you plug in the case, using UV light, kinda like lab equipment back in the grade school days. All in this little tiny pebble of a case. They sound fantastic, BUT if you're a bass heavy user, these really aren't for you. I like my bass, and these are crisp, clear, never distorted, loud, but these were tuned for overall sound performance and not just thumping. You don't go to Meridian for beats-esque bass, you go for fidelity and clarity. I love it, and the touch controls work very well in addition. For this price, you'd be insane not to try them out if you're looking for a great pair of pocketable earbuds.

I've tried several pair, Samsung galaxy buds 2,sony,and a couple off brand ones, they all gave me ear fatigue, and pain. Samsungs, battery life was bad, but they were responsive, Sony didn't like the texture case and buds nice sounds but not very responsive. These lgs... Are great, can wear for a long time, no ear fatigue, long battery life, great sound, great app, google voice friendly, I love the nano technology anti bacterial... The case is nice and small and grippy... Anyway... Would highly recommend!!

I bought these headphones primarily to use for phone calls while working from home. Sound is great Battery life is great You can use one of the headphones alone, which is nice Feel comfortable in the ears and I can wear them for several hours without feeling any discomfort Case is really well done The microphone is incredibly sensitive. Like, when I use these for phone calls, people on the phone can hear my wifes conversation when she is two rooms over. People on the phone complain that when I talk while typing, the sound of the typing is overwhelming, despite me not having a particularly loud keyboard. I have searched for some sort of control to lower sensitivity, but I cant find one. I have to make frequent use of the mute function on my phone, which is sort of annoying but its manageable. If anyone at LG reads this and knows a way to turn down sensitivity, please let me know :) All in all, these are pretty great.

I've been a big fan of the LG Tone line of products for years, and when my LG Tone Pro finally kicked the bucket, I figured I'd try some of these "true wireless" ones. I love them. They're fantastic. They pair quickly and easily, and are great with sound. The ambient sound feature is great, allows me to hear around my when I have both headphones in. The only pet peeve I have is that they sometimes slip out of my ear a little if I'm working in the yard and using them. Other than that, they're amazing!

The sound quality is excellent, the fit is nice (with correct ear piece), and the Bluetooth sync was the easiest I have ever experienced. There is no noise canceling, but that's fine for me. There is a feature called ambient sound which uses the mic to allow you to better hear what's around you. Its actually kinda nice to have. Kills the battery though. All and all, fantastic purchase; highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality pair of true wireless ear buds.

They are just OK Sound is good, but I have a pair of Sony wireless (but wired together), paid $10.00 and the sound is much better. I would say that even with the bass boosted, it still sounds like the treble is on/high. Or its mono vs. stereo. I toggled between the immersive, bass and normal modes with no noticeable change with slight difference in the treble mode. Same with the ambient mode. Not sure if turning on ambient was turning off ANC or the other way around--no difference to me. They connected with no issues once I disconnected it from my computer. However, now I can't get them to connect to my computer. It shows that it has been paired but will not pick up sound/video. They are comfortable and stay in when I was working out, charging is quick and easy, look good. The on off button is good--touch the unit once. But increasing the volume (right unit) having to touch it twice--would shut off before I could touch it a 2nd time. If you need to take one out but still listen with the other, you will probably shut it off. I was hoping the sound quality was better. Will return.

I love my LG Tone Free earbuds. I just could not bring myself to spend an additional hundred bucks on Airpods and this was a way to have top of the line bluetooth earbuds without breaking the bank. The main difference between these and Apple Airpods is that these don't have true noise cancellation. Not sure how much I miss having true noise cancellation in my earbuds since I have never had it, but I am very pleased with my Tone Free buds. You can get bluetooth earbuds for far less money than these LG earbuds, but I have always been impressed with LG quality and believe that you get what you pay for.

I've been using these ear buds for years when the pair I had been using broke (after 3 years of use) I reordered them. Big mistake the 1st pair I received came broken. Even when fully charged the light would be red. It was hard to connect to my phone and when it did no sound would come out. Typically when the ear buds are taken out of the case they will say "ready to connect" how ever the pair didn't. I tried a factory reset but that didn't work. When I returned the ear buds and got a replacement they came broken AGIAN. No sound, no UV light when the case is opened, and the red light was on even if it's charged. Very disappointed can't say I would purchase any LG product if they are shipping out batches of unworking product.

It's a really good headphones! Everything written in the description matches.

La verdad, los audífonos tienen un audio excelente, tiene una excelente separación musical, los agudos se escuchan muy claro y los medios bien definidos. En cuanto a los bajos, al inicio sentía que les faltaba potencia pero después de mover un poco los audífonos hicieron sello en mis oídos y comencé a escucharlos más fuerte, sin llegar a retumbar. Creo que su sonido es muy plano, solo en el perfil de Aumentar Bajos es cuando los escuchas, en los demás los bajos ni se sienten, para que estás escuchando sin bajos (muy abierto). Los gestos funcionan bien, aunque son muy sensibles, si en algún punto tu oreja los toca, se pausan. El sensor funciona muy bien, cada que me quitaba uno la aplicación detenía la reproducción, los probé en YouTube, Spotify, Chrome y WhatsApp. Tardaban un poquito en reaccionar, pero siempre funcionaban. La batería está bien, no duran exactamente lo que se específica en la descripción. Los estuve usando aproximadamente entre 1-2 horas y los pude usar de Por 7 días, siendo en el séptimo cuando la batería del estuche se agotó. Sin embargo tuve que devolverlos porque no se acomodan a mis oídos, cada 5 minutos se me salen. Probé con todos los tamaños de gomitas y se me seguían callendo, quedaban bien unos minutos y solitos se salían. La reseña la hice basándome en los momentos en los que no me molestaban y se escuchaban bien. Los compre por $1848, llegaron en 4 días a mi casa. Así que en general, yo les daría un 8/10, tristemente no puedo usarlos por la forma de mis oídos pero el sonido es muy detallado.

We own identical models, but this set keeps disconnecting. There seems to be a serious issue. We have tried everything but they disconnected every 30 minutes when being stationary at a desk, very odd. Otherwise, great earbuds but this issue makes me give a poor rating.
