By far the best thing we’ve tried. I usually stick to natural remedies, but I reached a point where I was willing to try anything to help my son’s face. He had what looked like a drool rash or maybe eczema around his mouth—it would come and go, but always seemed worse after school. In the mornings it looked better, then got worse throughout the day. I tried everything: tallow, coconut oil, and several natural lotions, but nothing worked and I couldn’t figure out what it was. I finally bought this after seeing a promising review, thinking I could just return it if it didn’t help. But after the first night of using it, he woke up completely clear. I was honestly shocked. I even applied it before school, and by pickup time his skin looked even better. It solved an issue that even a doctor couldn’t fully identify. I do think there’s still a bit of eczema underneath, because if we stop using it for about a week, it starts to come back slightly. I also had a small, stubborn rash on my own face that wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried—and this cleared it up for me too. It’s a natural product and works incredibly well. The craziest part? My son usually hates having anything put on his face, but he loves this. He says it feels so good and even wants to apply it himself—which is unheard of for our seven-year-old. If you try it, I recommend applying it to a clean face before bed and letting it work overnight without touching it. You can also use it in the morning as a barrier cream. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one truly deserves it. I hope it helps another parent or anyone looking for something affordable and really effective.

This ointment is amazing. I started using it on my daughter when she was a baby and would get either an eczema rash or drool rash all over her cheeks. It would clear it up basically overnight and became part of the nightly routine. The redness would be gone when she woke up. I would slather it all over her back eczema and it worked wonderfully. Fast forward 3 years later, and it is still a staple in our house. I think I've bought it 4 times. Great for dry patches on my kids, itchy rashes, dry winter hands. No more babies in the house at the moment but I always keep it in stock still. I gifted one as a baby shower gift too.

I purchased this for my 1 month old. He inherited the bad eczema I have. In 3 days it has made significant improvement to his cradle cap and his face eczema. So much so, that I started using it on my 4 year old eczema and my own face eczema. In just 2 days, my 4 year and I are finally having some relief. I love this brand of products so when I found the superbalm, it was easy for me to just purchase it in hopes it would help. I am so so happy I did. I will keep this on hand at all time for out eczema.

This is a great product. It protects and heal the skin well. I worry of the price, I could keep buying it. It's too small.

This stuff is awesome and versatile. I’m on my 3rd bottle and each one has lasted me about 1.5yrs. The consistency is like a less goopy Vaseline. It has a very slight natural cocoa butter scent but is otherwise fragrance-free. I’ve used it on my babies from birth and on. It’s perfect for dry skin, diaper rash, random red bumps/baby acne, and any other mild irritation. Just know it is greasy so a little goes a long way and will stain certain fabrics if you’re not careful.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. As a first time mom, I’m skeptical about products and in general I always read reviews—and everything others said was true! I had been trying breast milk, milk with colloidal oats, and calendula oil already and this had 2/3 plus some other good, clean ingredients. It did WONDERS for my two month old’s baby acne and cleared it right up after applying a few times a day for a few days. She is very fair so anytime she has a bump or redness, I put a tiny bit on (it goes a long way) and then it’s gone in hours/ by the next day. I will always keep this in my house now.

I was looking for a product for dry, cracked heels. This product isn't very moisturizing and smells like poop. I can only try it at night due to the offensive odor. I was looking to replace petroleum based products. The quantity also does not align with the price. Im positive I won't buy again. I'll continue to look for a product that soothes and heels crack feet and heels. I had to replay in the middle of the night which I have never experienced with other products. Im a manicurist so I know products and this one just doesn't do much. It is more acceptable for dry lips that skin so far.

My 3 month old son randomly had a breakout on his face that I could not get rid of. It started as a red bumpy patch under his eye then ended up spreading into little splotches and bumps all over, all the way down to his chest. All the things I tried seemed to help but nothing was getting rid of the rough bumpy irritation. I fought it for over 2 weeks before I finally bought this and I wish I would’ve bought it sooner. Adding this into our night/bath routine worked wonders for us. I applied this first then Vaseline on top of it to ‘seal’ it in. If you feel defeated by your own/your baby’s eczema and you haven’t tried this, I highly recommend you do. It doesn’t work overnight like some other reviews make it seem, but I definitely started to see his skin start to clear after about 2 days of using it, and now after a week and a half, his skin is clear!

Ayudó a mi bebé con unos granitos que tenía en su carita a los pocos días de haber nacido. Despues de una semana de uso los granitos desaparecieron. El bote es muy pequeñito pero es muy probable que la pomada haga su trabajo antes de que llegues a la mitad del bote. Yo no me lo termine porque el olor no es muy agradable pero lo importante es que funcionó de maravilla.

I bought from this product maybe 10 pieces is the best for my baby because of the best ingredient on it which they are calendula and chamomile and the good thing is the size of the balm it fit the dipper bag
