Works with kom cycling cm03 wahoo mount
Works with kom cycling cm03 mount. Using this adapter along with a tusita gopro mount for a light & motion headlight (urban 650). The people that say this adapter does not work clearly did not read where it says works with cm03 and cm04 mount. Does not work with cm01 or cm06. Adapter does not come with any instructions, so you just have to figure it out. 1. Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the wahoo mount. In my case its the kom cycling cm03. 2. Use the 2 screws that come with the gopro adapter, they are longer. The 2 screws removed in step 1 will not work, they are to short. 3. Remove the screw and acorn nut from the mount, the nut gets in the way of one of the screws. Using the screws from step 2, attach gopro adapter to bottom of wahoo mount. The screws will go through the gopro adapter and screw into the bottom of the blue wahoo disc. The acorn nut sits into a recess on the mount, so it can be hard to remove. Using the allen wrench used to remove the screw, poke it through the holes in the mount against the acorn nut and push it out.

Good attachment
I was able to attach to bottom of Garmin computer holder. More convenient with less attachments on bars. I placed my light on here for cycling for safety or for darkness. The tension on screws was enough where my light doesn't move and im able to move to my desired position.

Wish I bought it sooner
I wish I bought this sooner. Great for uses beyond the GoPro mount as you can use it as a secondary mount for lights, another GPS unit, or some other attachment for your needs.

Defective and not usable
The holes are drilled about 1/8” too close together so you can’t even mount it, you’ll end up stripping the threads. It’s also plastic, not aluminum.

Works for my Bryton Rider Sport mount
I bought this for my Bryton Rider Sport Mount since a regular Garmin mount has the screw holes in the wrong places (front and back) and the Bryton needs them left and right. This adapter has holes for both Garmin and Bryton, and the left and right holes line up with the Bryton mount. The only problem I had was that the screws that came with the adapter were too long, but I was able to shorten them.

Screws Dont fit Garmin mount
The screws provided do not fit the standard front out Garmin mount. They are the right width but are too short and don't reach the thread. Now I need to waste my time looking for screws that fit

Is it alloy?
I did not get a response when I messaged KOM requesting confirmation of the material used to produce the item as well the manufacturing process. It did not seem to be made from aluminium as specified. It seemed more likely to be a polymer, although I could not see witness marks from an injection moulding process. Is it possible that it is a polymer-alloy composite that’s 3D printed, perhaps. I’m guessing as I’m not a production engineer. As I did not get a response I adopted a sceptical opinion about the product. The item was a compromise over the ideal for me. The screws were too long for the computer mount I wanted to use, so I’d have needed to source those as well. In the end I chose to buy the very well machines (and more expensive) K-Edge mount. More cost but I feel fully assured that the K-Edge is fit for purpose. I did not have a fraction of that confidence in the KOM product. Perhaps reassuring customer service could have found me sticking with the original KOM purchase? That was lacking so the return was made and time was wasted.

This is made of cheap injection moulded plastic
Item description claims this is aluminium but it's absolutely not. The plastic is lightweight, not robust, and can be indented purely by screwing the bolts in. Wanted aluminium as this will be used on gravel and mountain bikes, time will tell if it's strong enough - I'll update the review if it fails.
