Fit Bit sent me a free, woven band that is perfect!! No rash, no problems!!
From the very start of my husband purchasing this Fitbit Smart watch/fitness tracker from Amazon, for my birthday (he ended up giving it to me early) I've had problems with the molded band. After a week or so I noticed a rash developing under the band, all the way around my wrist. I tried putting tissue under the band, etc to keep the band from coming into contact with my skin. After a week of frustration with this method, not working, I realized I might be allergic to the band. So I started looking for a hypoallergenic band. I found a pretty faux pink leather band and ordered it, also from Amazon. My husband put the new band on. At first, it seemed to take care of my skin issue but within 30 minutes one side of the band fell out of the holder. My husband tried and tried to reattach the band without success. I now decided I needed to go to another big box store and purchase a leather band, thinking the pink faux band was inferior. Within 30 minutes of the store staff member installing it for me. This one fell off, too; became unattached. I return to the store right away and the clerk told me that my particular fitbit smartwatch/tracker was of inferior quality and that I should return it to my original store of purchase. Note: I have been wearing one style or another of Fitbit smartwatch/tracking devices, since 2014. I have always used with the original composite bands and Never had an issue before this time. My husband also wears a Fitbit product because Fitbit always stands behind their product. I'm extremely frustrated, that because I bought this product in late August, Amazon will not replace it. If I had purchased it now they would replace an inferior product up to and including January 31, 2023. We will never purchase from this vendor again in the future, as they won't stand behind their product. We still believe that Fitbit makes a superior product, over the competing brands. I'm extremely disappointed!!

Love My Versa 3
I purchased the navy with the gold case (picture with a screen protector and watch band I bought separately). I was in between this and the sense but decided the extra $100 wasn't worth it for features I didn't think I would need. Pros -GPS - I love having it and it works well from what I have seen -All of the watch faces - There are so many options not just from Fitbit but other developers that are super easy to add. Although many haven't been properly adjusted for the new Versa so check before you download one. - 90 days of Premium - IDK if this is every time you get a new one or just the first time you try but it's nice to see the extra features -Size - It's very sleek, not too big or heavy on my wrist. - Relax - This was something my Blaze had however I could only do 2 or 5 minute increments. This allows you to set the duration and whether it vibrates as it guides you through breathing. -Always on display is pretty cool and a great feature to have - I enjoy all the notifications, I don't mind not being able to text because I honestly wouldn't want to text from it. That's why I have my phone, but I appreciate being able to see the message or email at a quick glance. - Charger - Came relatively charged and the charger is really easy to use. I'm not worried about accidentally ripping it out and sending the watch flying although I wish it were a little longer. -The ability to take calls - this was not out when I initially purchased it however as of now (11/25/2021) it has been added and it's so convenient. I always ask if people can tell and their response is "You're seriously talking into your watch?" Cons: - The new bands - They aren't SO bad but I am not the biggest fan. They can be a little uncomfortable at times but I'm keeping an eye out for more options. - Sometimes it takes a try to get the screen to light up although that could be me. Neutral: - SpO2 % - Pretty cool that it can track this but I don't feel like it's something super important to me. - No music storage except with Pandora or Deezer - I usually have my phone with me so not a big deal - I've see other people complain about the new button but I have had no issues with it.

Wonderful watch... love everything about it except...
First and foremost I don't have Versa 2 so I wouldn't be able to compare with the previous model. I am a casual runner who runs 2 to 3 times per week. My habit is that I would always bring my phone along during my run as I feel more secure with it than without it. Thats just me. So in view of that, the two major gripes which a lot of reviewers have pertaining to not being able to store music on the watch and not having a physical button on it doesn't applies to me. I always stream my music through my phone so it doesn't bother me that I can't play music on my watch. I love the haptic feedback and I think the developer did a wonderful job in implementing it on the watch. It gives the watch a cleaner look without the budge on the side and I love every visual aspect of it. The haptic feedback is easy to use and granted there are a few times that I need to try more than once to get it to work but once you get the hang of it, 99% chance it would work on the first try. The phone app is visually appealing and gives me all the stats that I want. In fact i am blown away by the amount of details on the dashboard within the desktop browser. Kudos to them. My major gripe is that my notification service will stop working after a while. And getting it to work again consists of a number of steps which is time consuming and after two tries I give up. I would like to think that I am using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro which in this time and age is rather old and it is the one that gives some compatibility issue when it comes to notification. A minor complain is that the auto pause feature on the running function doesn't really work when I stop at the traffic junction. I would have expected the watch to auto pause if I am in the same location for more than 5 seconds even though I am 'running' on the spot to keep my muscle warm but it didn't. I suppose that I have to really stop and standstill before the pause function kicks in. So other than that, everything works rather well.

I bought and returned soooo many step trackers.
I read a lot of reviews online saying this or that step tracker was more accurate, more user friendly etc. I bought every single one, and returned them each time because of some major design or accuracy flaw. The Versa 3 fitbit has... -accurate step tracking, #1 -a LARGE COLOR display -a touch screen -is usable as a watch -pairs with these great stretchy decorative watch bands that make it more comfortable than other steptrackers -has great battery life -monitors your pulse, including an ability to set a warning range of too high or too low. Those were the things I was looking for. What I didn't realize I would also like were the different goal markers. There is this awesome multicolored star animation that comes on when I hit my step goal for the day. There are also these (optional) activity goals for active hours of the day to let you know to get up for a few minutes and walk around if you want to hit *that* goal for the day. Being able to succeed at something small every day is a mood booster, and I miss it the few times I forgot to put my watch on for the day.

Best out of 3
My Fitbit Charge 2 died. I ordered and sent back two Fitbit Charge 2’s. I ordered and sent back a Fitbit Luxe. Each had issues. I gave Fitbit one more chance and ordered a Fitbit Versa 3 and I love it. I’ve worn it for two weeks and find the ease of viewing screens friendly for these old eyes. Weather, notice of text messsges, reminders to move each hour, phone notifications, and more are easy to swipe to see. The screen is big and bright enough for me. I chose this Fitbit after reading a non-Amazon review that the Fitbit Versa 3 was the best pick for “seniors” and I agree. The band is different but having taken it off and on several times, it became easy to use. The battery doesn’t last for 7 days but that might be due to my opening the app on my phone several times a day as well as scrolling different widgets on my Fitbit. But it charges fast while I shower. I’m very pleased with the Fitbit Versa 3 and glad I gave Fitbit one more chance. I definitely recommend it.

Not worth the money..
I haven't even had mine a week yet and am already having issues with it.. Setup was easy and didn't take much time. After the initial charge when setting it up, the battery lasted 5 days. After the charging session I have had nothing but issues. 5 minutes after removing it from the charger it started a reboot on its own. However it never came back up all the way. It got itself stuck in a reboot loop. After looking on Fitbit's forums, I found one other that was having this same issue. They told him to remove it from his app and Bluetooth and basically try to set it up again. No luck with that. So I let it sit and reboot all day until the battery finally died. Once the battery died I was able to get it set back up in my app and it booted up fine but the touchscreen was unresponsive. The side button worked fine however. So back to the forums I went. No luck there. Several others were having this issue it seems since the last update went out but they have no solution yet. I have not heard anything back from customer support as of right now. Hopefully they can get things fixed. Until then they only get 1 star. **Update** After running the battery completely dead a second time, my issues seem to be fixed. Fitbit also did an update shortly after. So far things have been going smoothly ever since. I do think it is over sensitive. I used to average 5,000-6,000 steps a day with my Charge 3 and now I seem to average 7,000-8,000 a day. I noticed one day it counted about 500 steps while I was sitting at my desk stuffing envelopes.. I haven't taken it swimming yet but have wore it in the shower. The water registers as a "touch". A couple days ago it turned on a run workout and I didn't notice until after I finished my shower. I do always make sure to take it off and dry everything completely afterwards so I don't get sores on my wrist. All in all, it's not a bad little tracker when it works but I'm definitely not as thrilled about it as I was at first.. **2nd update** After having this tracker for 2 months now, I am not pleased and will probably not be getting another fitbit product. The tracker will "fix" itself for a couple of days before going back to unresponsive screen, getting stuck in reboot cycles, shutting off on its own, or one of its many other issues. The battery lasts a day or two at most because of all the issues. Now, not only has the tracker had issues beyond belief but Fitbit has recently been taken over by Google. Good bye Fitbit! I will be looking elsewhere for fitness trackers. ***last edit*** I purchased this on Nov 28th, 2020 from Amazon. Today is Sept 17th 2021. The touchscreen hasn't worked for months and the battery life was 24hrs or less at a time. My Fitbit died and will not turn back on. I think it is dead for good this time. I have bought a Samsung Active 2 to replace it. I have been a Fitbit lover since 2015 but I think it's time for a change.

Exactly what was wanted
The Versa 3 was a gift for my wife. Based on my son recommending the Versa 2 he has. Firstly, the speed of the order and delivery was exceptional. Second in perfect condition. For the Versa itself - great functionality, more so than the Versa 2. Great value for money by comparison to the Apple watch. Easy to use for my untech-like wife. Hasn't missed a beat since purchased and highly recommended for anyone interested in a smart watch.

ME GUSTA
Puedes contestar llamadas, no realizarlas.
