Good but if you're not use to the MCT oil build up to more than one than one capsule otherwise stay close to a bathroom.

Not grass fed/finished bovine product.
I threw this away because I didn’t read the back closely. I only eat grass fed and grass finished beef and this product has regular bovine gelatin in it, which means it contains all the other garbage they feed cattle in the US, that aren’t grass fed/finished. Other than that, I’m sure the product it’s fine. I’m just very particular about that.

Excellent product
Love this product! Looked at it because I was tired of getting my coconut oil out of a jar an and wanted the convenience of a softgel instead. Also have noticed a notable difference in how I feel and must note that my total cholesterol has gone down since I started this product. No stinky smell like you get with the fish oils. Easy to swallow softgels.

I use this product together with Mind Lab Pro for my partner who has been diagnosed with mild to moderate Alzheimers. The inclusion of C8 MCT Coconut Oil Softgels in my partners' regime are making a noticeable difference. He has been taking them for about 10 days now. My hope is that he will continue to improve.
