Men's talking watch is in transport protection mode. Press and hold both buttons at 2 and 8 o'clock simultaneously,release after "BI" sound,the hands will rotate rapidly for 5-8 minutes. After completion, first set your time zone.

Press & hold the 8 o'clock button to enter setup. Cycle through functions (set alarm→ alarm on/off →hourly chime on/off → time zone setting →set time→set date) with the 8 o'clock button. then press the 10 o'clock button for English voice prompts.
