I bought these cones for my son's racecar-themed 5th birthday party. They were cute & exactly what I was looking for. However, there was no hole on the top of the cones to insert the flags, but it didn't bother me.

Was designing a temporary track and these worked great Decent quality for the money. Got multiple uses out of the cones. Some of the flags didnt last as long but was expected from plastic parts. Flags looked good in the video
