Is this scented? If so, what does it smell like and is it a strong scent?

It is supposed to be scented by the Aloe Vera - but you hardly can smell it. To me it smells like plain petroleum jelly. The only difference i notice with Vaseline is this Herbolene does not harden in cold temperatures and from the first till the very end of the container is smooth jelly.
