If you like gritty sand this is for you!!
Terrible! First I spit it out. Then I dumped out my mug. Tasted like gritty sand, did not taste the cacoa at all! I would not even give this product away, that is how much I did not like it! Unfortunately item is unreturnable! I will go back to another more trustworthy supplier, slightly more expensive but much better quality and it is actually real cacoa!

Excellent product but poor packaging
When I opened the outer brown box of Amazon, this product arrived in a way that the zip lock on the pouch had opened and some of the cocoa powder had spilled all over. This made me question the hygiene of the product as it was exposed. Due to COVID-19, I'm extremely finicky when it comes to packaging, so no spills or cracks in the seal. I didn't return it because I use it only when I'm baking and it gets sterilized. Now coming to the flavor, I trust the 'Sorich Organics' and I've used some of their other products and I know that the actual quality of the product is good. It's unsweetened, rich and robust in flavor. Fix the zip lock pouch please. It's embarrassing for a company like you to have these issues.

Good customer service
The package I initially received was a black odorless and tasteless substance. I called the company and reported this and they sent out another pack which tasted and looked great.
