Within minutes I had it up and running and was already cleaning my driveway. It's obvious this is a quality-built machine that's designed to get the job done. I’ve been extremely happy with the SIMPSON Clean Machine 3400 PSI 2.5 GPM Pressure Washer. It starts easily, has plenty of power, and makes quick work of everything from siding and decks to vehicles and concrete. The 3400 PSI combined with the 2.5 GPM flow gives it professional-level cleaning performance without being overly complicated to use. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the hose and spray wand are well made compared to cheaper pressure washers I’ve owned in the past. I especially like how efficient it is at removing years of dirt and grime with minimal effort. It’s powerful enough for heavy-duty jobs but still manageable for regular homeowners. If I had one minor complaint, it can be a little loud, but that’s expected with a gas-powered unit this strong. Overall, this pressure washer has exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, high-powered cleaning equipment. 5 stars.

Now, this is a powerful pressure washer!!! We powerwashed our wood fence and couldn't believe the years of dirt it took off! Buying this Simpson pressure washer exceeded our expectations. It is very well made, sturdy, easy to manuever, and the nozzle options cover all our needs. It's also great for washing windows, walkways, vehicles, etc. It's actually fun to use and the results are amazing.

I haven't yet got to actually use the pressure washer. One of the hitch pins that holds the wheels on was missing. I spent 50 minutes online waiting and talking with customer service. The lady was very nice, but this was beyond her because there is no part number for the pin and it doesn't show in the parts diagram. I made sure the pin wasn't in the box, so this was just a part left off at the factory. I ended up going to Lowe's and buying one for $.98. Simpson could use better quality control. The handle was very difficult to install also. One side refused to go down far enough to get the bolt through. I had to slightly bend the slit around the bottom of the handle because it had been bent in to tight. The photo show where the missing hitch pin goes. EDIT: I've now had a chance to use the pressure washer several times. It is very powerful and does a great job of cleaning. It starts reliably on the second pull. I wish the instructions had been clearer on adding the oil. The operating manual doesn't say what the oil capacity of the engine is...you have to go to the engine manual to find that it's 21 oz. The container of oil that ships with the washer is 16 oz. That's enough to raise the oil level somewhere between the low and high mark on the dipstick. The instructions also reference removing a red breather vent cap (if applicable) but doesn't say how to determine if it's on your washer or not. I could never find it. I'll just say that the washer comes with three manuals (Quick Start Guide, Use and Care Manual, and an Engine Manual) as well as a large yellow sheet of instructions and a separate insert for attaching the spray gun holster. I think Simpson could revise these into no more than two manuals. The washer comes with pneumatic tires which many people might appreciate, but I would have preferred the hard plastic wheels which will never go flat. Despite my issue with the missing part and the confusing instructions, I think the washer is a good one, more powerful than the one I've had for 20+ years.

This is a nice pressure washer, good value for the money, easy to wheel around, the hose is kind of inflexible, but they usually are with pressure washers, not a big deal. The engine runs perfectly, easy to put together. My old electric pressure washer gave out, I’m happy to have a gas powered one. My son-in-law said to go for the Simpson model, I’m glad I did.

Great power washer! Took about 15 minutes to assemble it, fill it with the included oil and put gas in. Started on the first pull. Best power washer that I have ever used. The water pressure is amazing and it came with 4 different nozzles. Would highly recommend.

After literally reading every review out there and a comparison with the dewalt pressure. This power washer was and is miles ahead of the the competitors in this range. Let's start with this is my first pressure washer delivered in a box. That was a little unsure of but why not, we ship everything else. It was easy to install and came with every needed. Start up was smooth. The pressure to which it used was great with the CRX engine ( which is a clone of a the honda to give them a run). No inconsistent pressure. Came with all the pressure options needed for the nozzles. Easy to move around and place. Just works. Totally digging it for the value of the money.
