I have had this bidet sprayer for over 5 months now and am very pleased with it. It was very easy to install and works perfect. It doesn't leak and the little lever allows you to turn the spray up or down as you please. It's only cold water which isn't a problem in the summer, but I am already gradually getting used to it getting chillier and with that the water from the bidet sprayer. One tip I have seen on YouTube to prevent future leakage: once you turn the valve off, make sure you release the remaining water from the sprayer to avoid take off any pressure. Not cheap, but well worth the price.

Wrestled with my decision on which kind of bidet I wanted, but after some research of users, I decided on this handheld model, and I am 100% happy with my decision. It was very easy to hook up, and is easy to use (first couple times it was a bit awkward but the learning curve is small). My only mistake was not buying a new supply line, while attaching I discovered my old line had gotten pretty stiff and didn't want to bend the little it needed to, but it didn't take much effort to get it aligned. Have a new line waiting now in case the need arises (the condition of that old line was questionable, but so far, so good). The handheld has different attachments that allow you to fit it to your likes, and having the long hose makes it handy to use when cleaning under the rim of the toilet (a job no one likes to do). There are 2 valves on this unit, one where it attaches to the bottom of the toilet tank, and one on the bidet handle itself. As suggested by another user, I reach down and open the bottom valve each time I use it (he claims it saves undue pressure on the internal valves and seats) because my house had very good water pressure. Not sure this is necessary, but it made sense, and is easy enough to do. Again, very happy with this bidet, great quality, and it works very well.

This is a very good product. Bought this for an elderly parent with mobility problems and they found it to be an excellent solution. Excellent price for the problem it solves. Well built and easy to install. Water pressure is adjustable by how much or how little you pull lever on the nozzle. I highly recommend

We hooked this up and it did everything it was supposed to do. Unfortunately our water is extremely cold. So it was necessary for us to order a hot/cold Mixing valve kit. I ordered a different sprayer product for my other bathroom that hooked up to the sink Faucet . It is hot/cold. And only cost a third of the price of this and the mixing valve. About the price of the mixing valve alone. If price is an issue that product is Amazing. I'm not going to take any stars off because this product does everything it's supposed to do. It works great. But for certain functions, You might need the hot/cold mixing valve kit. Update: Now that everything is hooked up. Everything is working fine. Flush to get the water warm worked best for us. That is if you get an extra hot/cold mixing valve. I really do like the hot/cold sprayer in my other bathroom better. That one hooked up to the sink. And all came together. I adjust the temp and turn it on and off at the sink. When it is off the sprayer is ready. When you use the sink turn thr sink lever and it is already adjusted for temp. Was a third of the price and the hot cold valve is with. They even have a complete sprayer kit that hooks up under the sink. This product was a lot more work to pupp together but it works good. But this is a need for many. And people need to know there are great products out there for less money. That is easy and more complete from the get go! I still give this product 5 stars. It does what it says it does.

I used to have the type that goes inside the bowl and it did a better job. It was a more targeted stream whereas this one sprays in a way that gets your whole crack wet and doesn't clean the offending area as effectively. It will do the job, but not as fast, plus you'll spend a little longer drying than with the other kind. That said, I hated the way the other kind made the bowl harder to clean. My ideal one would be a handheld system like this but with a narrower, higher pressure stream. But as is, it still beats just using TP by a lot.

Super duper great bidet, love it! Ajustable stream for gentle rinse to high power pressure blaster. Just like some jobs need extra paper, some will need extra power! (Manly grunt) High quality metal bendable hose and toilet attachment. I don’t expect for anything to break on these ends and they feel ghat they will last a long time. Nozzle head feels like plastic coated in chrome. It came with other heads and the quality is not as good as the hose but still seems good. They untwist for easy replacement. Water temp is same cold tap water, there will be some adjustment period on your end, lol, pun, but it’s not too bad. I expect it to be super nice in the hot summer days. No dryer. Dryers are uncommon on bidets and you will need to find a system that works for you. Most common is to dab with toilet paper. But still less than cleaning with paper

This was super easy to install. Great that it comes with different size attachments to make it shorter or longer depending on your needs. Love that it’s handheld rather than the ones that are connected to the toilet seat so you have more control where to aim. Plus you can really clean it. The toilet seat ones kinda gross me out. The on/off is comfortable to slide with your thumb whether using it in the front or back. Has more than enough pressure. Definitely don’t want to turn it all the way up because the amount of pressure could actually hurt but if you’re using it to clean something else like cloth diapers for example that pressure could be useful. Definitely recommend.

I don't know if the manufacturer of this product will ever see this review. I hope they do. This product changed my life and the life of my daughter for the better- forever! I have a 13 year old daughter on the autism spectrum, and until we got this product, we were still managing her toileting every day, all day. Now, she can pretty much do it all by herself. For the folks without my situation...it's a really nice addition to my bathroom routine as well. Just a clean experience every time. I like that it's all metal, doesn't leak, and is easy to use and clean. Go ahead, and get this, you won't be disappointed!

Once you use this thing you never want to go back to using just toilet paper. Extending the head using provided attachments make cleansing your rear and the ladies cleansing there front and rear, really great. Honeslty have 0 complaints. 5 minutes to setup and off I went to paradise. No leaks, no drip, pressure is perfect and powerful. Amazing product.

Doesn't work with UAE wc. I coudnt find the valve to connect to wc in any hardware store

This is a good looking and easy to install bidet spray. The only reason I bought this was because our plumber advised that its best to use a bidet spray with non-return valve. I believe its this valve that makes it an expensive spray as compared to $25 ones available on Amazon. Also like the design of the extended spray and thumb-action lever. The only aspect I did not like was that the spray end is made of plastic rather than steel. I hope it doesnt crack in due course.

I purchases 3 Aquaus 360 bidets, after lockdown restriction finally got a plumber to install but was advised this product plunbing fitting is not suitable for Australian cisterns. Now I have brand new bidets on hand and cannot return as 3 months period exceeded and out of pocket...

Very good quality, and very easy to install without a plumber.
