Formulation recently changed but it actually got better for me personally. Formula used to be creamier and take longer to dry. Now it's more milky/silky and would be great for every day not just for skin flare ups.I don't have eczema or serious skin conditions but occasionally I get flareups out of nowhere where my skin is insanely itchy and dry. For years this has been my go to for random itching and it WORKS. Within 30 minutes.Just recently my legs got destroyed by chigger bites and I didn't have any hydrocortisone creamand could NOT stop the fire of the itching on my legs. I reached for this and within 30 minutes the itching and fire was gone. I've gone to the store since then to get an actual anti-itch cream like Gold Bond's Anti-Itch Body Lotion with Menthol + Pramoxine Hcl and that worked within 2 minutes and lasted 8 hours while the Aveeno lasted me maybe 2-4 hours of relief and not as much relief but hey this product is multi-use and great for skin emergencies. I appreciate the Aloe Vera in this formulation because I also applied it to my shoulders after a bad sunburn.I have the associated body wash from this line and find it doesn't do as much for my skin as the actual cream. Probably because it gets rinsed off quickly. Not going to buy the wash anymore.This is affordable, fragrance is minimal and I love the line so much that I'm going to get the cleanser for my face because Aveeno's products have better EWG ratings overall and I'm always impressed by the affordability and how relieved my skin is with Aveeno.You can see in the photo the old logo/formula which I cut open to use every drop and the new formulation.

I suffer from a really itchy back. Dermatologist recommended using petroleum jelly but that was going to be too messy from a practical living point of view. This lotion has some in it but you'd never know. I can actually feel the remains the next day (in a good way) so that I always feel moisturized. Regular usage has really improved things for me. I apply it with Amazon's Vive Lotion Applicator, which I can't live without.

This is the only body wash I have found that helps my dry sensitive skin and that I am not allergic to. Now they have changed the formula. I am going to have to look for a new one since I am allergic to some of the ingredients they have changed. I wish places would stop doing this.

I have super sensitive, thin, fair, dehydrated, & extremely dry skin, so I have to be picky and there's literally only about 4 specific brands of body lotions I can use, Aveeno Sensitive being one of them. My only complaint is that it feels like it hydrates well BUT seems to not protect skin barrier as my other staples do. I received this little sample tube of lotion at the dermatologist office and it was life changing! This is hands down the best moisturizer I have used in years. It soaks in well and keeps my skin moisturized and hydrated all day long. It's incredible! It is fragrance free, which usually means it will smell weird, but this lotion does not have any scent or lingering funky smell. I recommend it to anyone who is tired of applying moisturizer repeatedly because there never seems to be enough to keep the dryness away. I use it on my face and my makeup glides on effortlessly and the makeup does not bunch up or settle in the wrinkles because my face is finally happy and not dehydrated anymore. I could fangirl about this for paragraphs, but honestly, I am so impressed with this lotion, I am happy that I stumbled upon the sample. Tell all your friends people, it's the BEST!

I am 59 years old and the tops of my hands can get very dry--I searched for a lotion that I could use that also wouldn't break out my face from touching it with the lotion on my hands. I have been using this lotion for a year now, every night, and let me just say I no longer have dry skin on my hands!!!! It started working after 1 night!! I won't go to bed without putting it on my hands--it's so silky, the smell is nice (not old lady smell or anything weird) and it goes on smoothly--but best of all it works!!!!

Have always liked Aveeno moisturisers but this one is in a different league, bought it after getting bad sunburn on holidays, my skin was peeling and very dry, this stuff is fantastic, really made such a difference to my skin, very soothing, made my skin soft and helped with skin recovery, a thick cream an a little goes a long way, was a bit more expensive but will last and definitely worth it.

The only cream that doesn’t cause my 1 year old daughter with eczema to have a flair up! Keeps her skin at bay, we also use the body wash as well, we have used it since she was 2 months old and no issues

it is hard to tell because my wife has to unscrew the dispenser from the plastic container and then dump some in her hands and it becomes very messy, in otherwords im am not happy with this product and i will not order it again
