These are my new favorite teacher pens! The colors are vibrant. The pens write smoothly without skipping and I haven't had any smears to worry about. These are a better and more affordable choice than many other teacher favorites.

Love these- repeat customer. Ink is smooth with just the right thickness. Wonderful colors. Fun to use with my daily planner. Don’t forget to pull the tiny plastic cover off the tip before trying to write like I did with my very first set!!

My friend turned me onto these. First, when you get them every single one has a little plastic attached to the ink part of the pen and you need to remove that before they will write, I am having to adjust my normal writing to accommodate the thick line. It is different than a normal medium ink pen. They are amazing to write with and just flow across the page unlike any other pens I have used. I have also notice they do not smear at all. Looks like the ink is wet and going to smear but so far I have not had one of the pens ink smear. If your on the fence and you like an easy flowing pen that is bold in color, give them a try. For the price it is an amazing pen. I have paid more for way less. I would buy again.

Buyer Beware: If you want those BiC Cristal ballpoint pens that feature the extremely smooth-flowing liquid ink, you must make sure they are the Cristal Xtra Bold 1.6mm pens. And you will find them in this 48-pack. Why BiC sells "different versions" of the Cristal, I do not know. For instance, the Cristal Xtra Smooth & Reliable is what we all remember to be the "classic, typical, standard-issue, clear-barreled BiC Medium Point ballpoint" for the last umpteen years. Don't be duped, like I was initially. Make sure your pens are marked with "BiC Cristal 1.6 mm" on each and every barrel. Because ... The BiC Cristal Xtra Bold 1.6mm is an entirely different animal. It has a "smoky" tinted barrel [versus clear], and the ballpoint tips are factory-sealed with a tiny drop of clear plastic to insure ink moisture & flow. It is a fine writing instrument, regardless of its reasonable price. What makes this 48-pen assortment extra-special is due to the fact that you'll be getting 8 [eight] ink colors to enjoy ... 4 "traditional" colors [Black, Blue, Red, Green] -- and 4 "fashion" colors [Hot Pink, Sea Green, Purple, Aqua]. And they all write smoothly & beautifully. BiC, if you're reading this, you need to come out with "Cristal Xtra Bold Refills" for pens like Cross, Garland, etc.

I’m a teacher, this is my favorite pen. It glides over papers so I can write it fast. The colors are vibrant and fun.

Love these but hate pulling off the the rubber part since they are new.

Bought as an Xmas present. None of the pens worked. Waste of money. Couldn't be bothered to go through refund process for £31
