Being foodies with multiple options in our country no compromise on tasting and which our tongue feels tasty i personally tend consume continuously. Yes eventually it will lead to gastro, chest burning, bloating stomach etc.. i found this Multani Pachmeena tonik because it is 100% ayurvedic and with chemicals or formulation. It contains ajwain, saunf, chitrak, and methidaana. It gives relief from gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort. It also helps me in proper digestion. Two spoons a day and stay comfortable. It also helped to improve appetite. Overall am happy to consume this rather going for other medicines.

Zero star… not useful at all. Not recommended. It only consists of sugar like taste which will ultimately increase your sugar level.
