Not just belt!
I thought it was just the best so purchased axe pouch and wedge pouch separately. But this belt came with all of that on it. Not in photos.

Shoulder straps help with load bearing capacity. Helped my brother in law rough in/build his house. Borrowed one of his work belts w/o shoulder straps. My back hurt for weeks after that. Shoulder straps are a must for all day/long wear. Well worth the extra money.
