Nonda USB 3.0 Male-Female Adapter, 3 Amp Fast Charging, Compact Design

I was buying a USB ethernet adapter and wanted a USB C version because I plan to get a new Macbook later this year and they come with USB C, so I got this adapter to work with my existing MBP that has USB A. Works like a charm, no issues. You might notice this one is kind of long and think "I want a shorter one", but the shorter ones are all USB 2.0 speed even though they often say USB 3 in the headline- if you read the details they admit to 480mbps speed which is USB 2.0. This one will let you get the full USB 3 performance, which you want for a gigabit ethernet adapter (I tried it, it does get gigabit performance). If you're hooking up a mouse/keyboard or even a 4k webcam, this won't matter, but a gigabit ethernet adapter will benefit from the performance of this adapter.

I didn't really need this at the moment, there have been times in the past that I have needed one. I really like the feel and functionality though. I am certain the image when I ordered this showed it as having two in the pack. The one that arrived only had one in the box. When I checked the page again, there were fewer images. Oh well. Still like it. Gonna buy another two or three. FYI - the pass through for the MagSafe charger for the Iphone.

This Adapter is GREAT. It allows me to use my FAST USBC SDHC card reader I normally use with my Mac on my Dell Precision that only has one USBC that is occupied. The transfer is limited by the cards I am using but it works great. I have also used it with my USBC external SSD. It is just as fast via the adapter as it is on the USBC port. Again, and great adapter to have in a pinch.

This is good to use in my car if I need to charge my new I-phone!

This adapter is built solid and will last a very long time. Transfers files and videos quickly and without any noticeable lag. It works well with all of my computer accessories., Tablets, Laptops, and Desktops. I fully recommend it and keep an extra one in my travel computer pack. Not only is it capable to transfer files with this adapter, but, it also works well when tethering.

Funciona perfectamente

I switched from a Pixel phone to an iPhone 12 and I had some dongles with a usb C, like two hi res DACs (24bit/192khz listening only for FLACS and DSD) and an Ethernet connector that were already paid for. This works with both as long as you also have a separate usb A “camera adaptor” for the connection between this and the iphone.

This review is for the nonda USB-C to USB 3.0 Adapter (USB-C Female to USB-A Male) It's a great little adapter. It does the job its meant to. The Adapter Comes Professionaly packaged and the quality of material is nice and sturdy. So it looks and feels like a quality product.

Me llego muy rapido, llevo varios dias usandolo y de fabula, Es una carcasa metálica agradable al tacto y tiene pinta de que por esa parte sera resistente y duradero, que ya es de agradecer en esta época donde parece que todo lo que se construye es para usar y tirar. Lo he comprado para aprovechar el hub usb-c en un portatil que no tiene usb-c y va de maravilla, funciona todo.

I bought this because I needed a USB type c Plug that provides power to use my Oculus Quest 2 with my older software collection for my Oculus Rift. Initially a bought a PCI card but it did not provide power nor does the USB C port on my motherboard. This worked a treat and I am fully able to access all my VR games and apps again. I have subsequently bought a powered PCI card but as I have several PC's this allows me to access my collections on any of my machines. If you have a Quest 2 and older software for the Rift then this is a must have item.

Non è eccessivamente grande. L'ho acquistato per trasmettere dati da computer ad hard disk esterno. Prometteva di essere veloce e devo dire che nel trasmettere 250 gb di dati non ci ha messo poi molto. Sembra robusto ma bisognerebbe vedere nel tempo

I believe that presently the use of a USB-C port to get the charge to supply to the end-device (which could be through another USB-C / lightning / micro-USB port) is somewhat a novelty. Hence, I was looking for a solution to plugging a charging cable, obtained as a result of a recent purchase of an iPhone, to a regular (conventional) USB port; primarily so as to NOT being restricted to using a dedicated charger with a USB-C port. The Nonda USB-C female to USB male adaptor not only perfectly fulfilled this requirement, but the overall construction of the product itself speaks of its quality, durability and reliability. I would certainly recommend this product.
