Good product
I bought these as my doctor recommended used for a while now and no size effects. Does the job good price

Can’t fault them but be careful if you are implementing for the first time
I take a range of supplements and wanted to try adding zinc. I can’t fault the tablets, they do their job but i will warn that they are quite a high dose within the safe limit so i personally found the effects too intense and needed to start off with a lower dose

Good packaging and product
I really like the bottle, don't care much for the plastic envelopes that are becoming popular. As far as I can tell, they are as effective as my old zinc tablets were. They arrived early which is a plus and cannot fault them.

Low dosage - which is good
This is a low dosage (but still 150% of DRV) zinc - I wanted to take these along with my magnesium supplements to help with the absorption of the magnesium. because they are 150% of DRV I take one every other day and I am noticing that it is helping the magnesium absorption based on reduction of muscle twitching since taking. hope that helps

Good buy
Hard to figure out the exact dose that should be taken but one a day appears to be correct and also can give some protection against covid-19. Also, very importantly for me, they are vegetarian.
