Air Inflatable Seat Cushion for Car Seat Office Chair Wheelchair - U-Shaped Tailbone Pain Relief Pad - Coccyx Cushion Sciatica Pillow (Black)

I was unable to find my previous favorite cushion (Dr. air Seat Cushion) anywhere so I gave this one a try. The one big problem with the Dr. air is the cushion air pockets eventually (about 6 months) lose air an it is not easy to fix (I used a ball pump adapter on my air pump to refill and sealed with strong puncture tape). These cushions do not have the coccyx cutout and are not quite as comfortable but they work well and can be easily refilled with the included valve\pump. I bought 3 more for around the house and travel.

This is a comfortable cushion. I used it on the beach, during flights, and on concrete benches... It makes sitting for a longer period easier. I injured my tailbone thanks to my dog and since then it has been difficult to find comfort after sitting down for 2 hours. This cushion combined with a lighter cushion is the best solution I was able to find. It is made from durable material, and it does not feel flimsy but it also weighs a little more than I wish it does. The bottom has a non-skid surface which helps to keep it stay put. My only complaint about this cushion is the difficulty inflating and deflating. Perhaps I could not master it yet but it certainly is not the easiest of inflatables.

I have a hip problem which makes driving more than 20 minutes uncomfortable. I have a heavy duty "trucker pad" that has solved the problem at home but it is too heavy to pack when we travel. Other inflatables have not worked because the "hills" are spaced too far apart or are too soft. This pad really works. When it is fully inflated it quite solid with just the right spacing of "hills". It is easy to inflate with the included hand pump but be sure to read the directions on opening and closing the valve for inflation.

This seat cushion is only big enough for a smaller to medium size person to use. If you have any real size or weight (over 150lbs maybe?), Go with a larger seat cushion. I know there used to be a square version of this out there which I bought in the past that worked great.

This thing is SO Tiny and it feels like you are sitting on a Rock. I sat on it for about 30 mins and I stood up to walk and could hard walk. Don't waste your money, it's cheap and a piece of Junk!!!

Saw this item when I was searching around on Amazon, and really glad I made the purchase. It might be a little costly, but it does seem to be well made and is really something great to use on an airplane or anywhere you might be sitting on something hard for awhile. I purchased one for use for an upcoming trip I had planned, and my son was impressed after using it for a couple weeks on a kitchen chair, that I bought another one before the trip. It really helps for Airplane seats, and that is where I will use it mostly, but I always have it in the back of my mind so whenever I will be sitting on something hard, I will be taking it with me. Easy to blow up and easy to deflate and store.

My problem has been a sore aching tailbone on long, transatlantic flights in economy seats. Searching for a suitable cushion, it had to be lightweight and compact (i.e. inflatable only) for carry-on. I tried several inflatable cushions which, although they advertised coccyx (tailbone) relief, they unfortunately did not. Although this one looked a bit odd, I gave it a try. Winner, winner! I have yet to experience a sore tailbone since. I even use it at home on my office chair. Although probably not worth considering, I think the little inflation bulb is a nice touch, rather than by mouth which the others inevitably require. I recommend it.

Has really helped with my hips. Comfortable and cool. Occasionally needs to have a little more air added but I have no complaints. It is the best cushion I have found.

Great cushion, this is the 3rd different type I've tried and it works for me. Bonus that you can inflate/deflate to whatever firmness you would like. I used it when driving to Mackay and it was brilliant, 4 hours one day 6 another and I managed fine, could not have done that without it.
