Assorted Flavored Professional Strength Tooth Polish - (Medium Grit)

This was a pleasant surprise!! I did not expect this to work at all but for $6 it was worth a shot. I have stubborn stains on my two front teeth from an old mouth guard that scratched my teeth and now coffee and tea stains settle there. I get dental cleanings every 4 months and at 2.5 months the stains start to return. I bought this to try and help between my cleanings. It works amazing! I used my sonicare electric toothbrush at first which kind of worked but then I used my finger and it worked waaaay better. I did not use pressure and just rubbed it gently along my front teeth and bam, I could see the stains being erased. It worked in less than a minute! Def worth it to use every few months between cleanings and the taste was fine.

Purchased because I was tired of the coffee stains and didn't feel like going to the dentist just to get my teeth polished. I've seem some complaints from other reviewers that I wanted to address: 1) THIS ISN'T CANDY! Quit whining that the flavors suck. It's not SUPPOSED to taste amazing! You're not able to eat this stuff. Seriously guys.... If it tasted like candy, they'd probably be getting sued because people were swallowing this stuff. It's the same reason toothpaste doesn't taste super awesome: cause they don't WANT anyone getting the idea to drink the whole container... If you're expecting gritty abrasive material to taste like candy, you're going to be disappointed. 2) It's NOT hard to get out of the container. If you use a typical round-head electric toothbrush, you're going to be fine. If you use a larger head or a regular traditional toothbrush, you're going to be spending more time on it, ok? That's just a fact. Guess what: you're supposed to be using this stuff with a legitimate tooth polisher (not a tooth brush head) which fits perfectly into the little jar. But if you're not willing to buy the proper tools to go along with the product then don't whine when your random large toothbrush doesn't fit perfectly into the jar. These are the same size as the dentists use so I'm not sure why it's so surprising to people that their large toothbrushes don't fit into the container super easily. 3) THIS IS NOT A WHITENING PRODUCT. Why do I still see people in the reviews complaining that it didn't magically make their teeth white? I don't know. I guess those people just don't actually know what they're buying. This is a POLISHING product, designed to remove the uneven stuff stuck to the surface of your teeth that trap dark stains from coffee/etc. It just makes the surface of your tooth smooth. It does not magically whiten your teeth. It doesn't have whitening chemicals and it's definitely not going to "sand down" your teeth to expose the non-existent white surface below the current exterior if that's what you're thinking... If you want whiter teeth, go use a tooth whitener.

I bought one of those dental cleaning kits, I needed the tooth polish for it. I am very happy with this purchase. It's no different than being at the dentist office. The little package is a little hard to open but other than that it's easy to use and apply to your teeth. It's not over abrasive and the taste is pretty good and my teeth feel very clean after I use it. It is safe to use frequently, maybe every few weeks. I would buy this again in a heartbeat! I felt the price was very fair.

The polish itself works nice, however, the problem is that it is applied in your mouth - i.e. you will taste it. While the mint is good, the bubble gum flavor is simply atrocious and stays with you for a while. The berries are not much better unfortunately. Perhaps offering a simple mint set will be a much better choice. Opening and application can be improved as well.

I've been purchasing items from amazon for a long time and I think this will be my first review. I'll start with that I used this product in conjunction with an Oral-B 8000 series electric toothbrush. I'm a 2 cup a day black coffee drinker and after reading reviews I wasn't sure if I should try this but for the price, I figured why not. The pods came in a small ziplock package which opening that was the most difficult part of the experience. I don't really care what the flavors are as it's a 2 minute drill using them and the flavor will be washed out shortly there after. With that being said though I didn't mind the flavor which was raspberry. The pods have a foil lid that peels off and mine didn't come dried out as others have mentioned. I used an older whitening head as with this being more of a coarse grit I didn't want to wear out a new head. I can't speak for all but this particular toothbrush head fits into the pod perfectly to scoop out the polish. I used a water pik beforehand and then brushed with the polish on the feather toothbrush setting. I ended up using the whole pod as I'd assume that's the idea is use one per treatment. When finished I rinsed with water and then used the water pik again to get any remnants from between my teeth out and then rinsed again. I noticed immediately the difference just by gliding my tongue across my teeth and then looking in the mirror after. The coffee stains I had were gone and I'd say my teeth are a few shades lighter just after one use. I do feel that this is probably an item that shouldn't be used very often, so I assume the package I got will last a long time since I'll probably only use it once a month max. As far as sensitivity goes I've not experienced any yet and normally I have very sensitive teeth. I'd say just take care near the gum line as with it being more coarse this may agitate the gums. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this and when I use them up I'll be buying more.

The little capsules of grit are a lot smaller than expected. (1.5cm in diameter) However, the medium grit that I ordered worked really well with my electric toothbrush. There was definitely a marked difference after the first use of the polish. Unfortunately I have a build-up of staining (I drink a lot of tea) so it will take several polishing session to get rid of it. I will definitely re-order and have shared some of the capsules with my family to try.

So I was a little skeptical buying this but it actually works they are small tho but u get a few.I tried with a Qtip first but it didnt work well nor did my finger plus ewww. so I tried with my toothbrush an it worked better however when u use your tooth brush gotta dig in make sure its on your brush cuz its hard an it'll crumble off. Im a smoker an I drink ALOT of caffine( i have 2 young kids 2 an 3 months so need to stay awake) anyways didnt have good oral hygiene never flossed got a water flosser I use daily i love it . An I started getting self conscious about my teeth I got these to give it try not expecting much but it did polish my teeth it didn't fully take off the brown marks from smoking but make a difference now I did brush very hard which I don't recommend especially if u have sensitive gums like myself I brushed hard an used mouth wash after an it stung an my gums are sore but again heavy smoker religious coffee drinker poor oral hygiene so much gums were already sore to begin with. My only complaint is I wish it came with a round brush like the dentist uses to make it easier to polish ur teeth an a little scoop to scoop it. Otherwise definitely recommend.i brushed normally then used the polish rinsed my mouth with water then used listerine.. I don't like the sand paper gritty feelin on my teeth

Every few months my daughter would get black stains built up on her teeth that are harmless, but don’t look aesthetic. We would need to go to the dentist to have them cleaned up as brushing at home just doesn’t work. The normal toothpaste is just too smooth and doesn’t have the friction/grit needed to get rid of the stains. I randomly searched for this product and came across this one, read the positive reviews here and decided to try. The stains came off immediately after the first try with an electric toothbrush. The cups came in random flavours at random quantity. Would be great if they would sell individual flavour as well. Each cup is about $1.50 which is great as we will only need to use it every 3 or 6 months. Highly recommend this product!

Love it!,..I didn’t go crazy with polishing,..just a few minutes with my electric toothbrush, and my teeth were nice and smooth, with a pleasant aftertaste,..also removed gum line plaque brushing alone had missed…it did leave a bit of grit behind for the rest of the day, even after oral rinsing a few times,..to be expected I think…Cautionary note,..according to what I have read about home polishing,..it is Not to be done daily,..,..every few months at best, as over polishing can erode tooth protections that take a few months to recover…Loving it so far ❤️
