GundryMD ProPlant Complete Shake

My favorite chocolate smoothie mix - I’ve probably ordered a dozen times & think it’s delicious for what it is. Has a rich cocoa flavor, great fiber & nutrient content.I blend in my “bullet” with avocado, romaine, spinach, ginger, coconut milk & water. Often frozen banana & sometimes mint, almond, peanut powder for change up.

I mix this up with my hand held blender in the evening with crushed ice and almond milk. It stops my snack craving. Makes me feel full, helps with bowel movement and I feel better at night.I love the flavor. My wife always wants to share with me!

I just got this today. I like the taste. Chocolate flavor and tasty. Now I made a smoothie in the blender. Half a banana 2 strawberries 1/2 water one tablespoon plain unsweetened yogurt. A few ice cubes.I want to try the recipe on the side. It sounds good.I got this to replace my late night just off work snacking. Usually I eat stuff I shouldn’t then. Hopefully if I’m careful with portions I can keep the calories down.If you make this I’d say drink it quickly so it doesn’t thicken up.

Tastes ok, mixes ok, but my weight shot up, instantly taking this. If that’s what you’re looking for, great.

I am almost out of my first order and will be reordering. I have tried other protein powders, but this is by far my favorite. I make a smoothie with frozen berries for one meal a day.

I received a shake but it’s not the one in the picture advertised, this is a completely different shake. The one advertised showed that it helps with appetite regulation and Fat Metabolism and the only I received does not!!

Tastes great, fills me up, cuts cravings, agrees with me. Delicious! I tried recipe on the back and I love that too! It is so nutritious! Thank you for making this!

The product was not gritty like others. I tasted very good ,delicious when used with cold coconut milk or vanilla soy milk. Hoping it will speed up my fat burning cells, help lower blood pressure .
