Lack of thickness
The product delivered is extremely thin and watery. It completely lacks the thick, viscous gel consistency that a standard toilet cleaner should have. Because it is so liquidy, it does not cling to the toilet bowl surface at all. It immediately runs down into the water, making it completely ineffective for cleaning, removing stains, or disinfecting.
