The pulley needs to be more sturdy, but absolutely love love the bags, they are beautiful and have lots of pockets and space to hold a lot of stuff.

Good quality but the corners didn’t last. Broke after 2 months

I bought this for my 10-year-old daughter whose backpack is way too heavy SMH. So far so good we’ve had this for a couple of months and it’s taking its toll lol but it’s still surviving. Some of the reviews had me so scared that it was gonna break ASAP. But so far it’s really good, the only downside I can say so far. Is I wish to handle with higher up because she is kind of tall so she does have to slouch down a little just to drag it with her.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in September. When I got it, the handle would not go down all the way without force. Eventually, it stopped working all together. The straps that held the bag to the platform come out very easily. The pocket is too small to carry all my daughter's school books/supplies (she is in 5th grade). The lunch bag strap broke. The platform constantly folds in. It did last til now for a $39 roller bag which is why I gave it two stars, but I've also bought bags for this price that have lasted much longer.UPDATE: the seller contacted me and corrected the issue and said the manufacturer would be informed of the product defects. They handled the situation very well so I changed me review to 5 stars
