The tub is absolutely stuffed full of foil, including lots of large pieces, so ideal for all kinds of crafting projects. It looks beautiful and highly realistic as gilding media, it’s the first time I’ve really used it as a crafting medium so I’m very pleased with it for both quality and price. Looking forward to working with it more in my artwork.

What i like: It is very beautiful and the perfect shade of gold, not too yellowy and not too pale. Quality and functionality are both really good. The jar is absolutely packed with gold right to the brim, theres a lot in there ! What i dont like: It is quite clingy when i was using my fingers! However, tweezers make it easier to use these. Overall: Would buy again.

These were a beautiful golden colour but I found it slightly hard to use. This may be because I'm a beginner to goldleafing but I have a feeling I need sheets rather than flakes for solid blocks of colour. This is great if you want to achieve that imperfect look with gold and excellent value for money...I think this will last me for ages!

A little goes a long way, and this is a very large pack so I think i will last me for years! I have been mixing it into clear epoxy resin along with dried rose petals from my garden, and pouring the mixture into various moulds. It is a very effective way of making unusual resin pieces and I've sold a good many of the finished items on my craft stall over the past few months. The foil is of course very thin, which is what helps it stick. You don't need to use very much if you're mixing it into resin. I haven't tried applying it to items with glue so I can't comment on how well it sticks to various materials, but it is easy enough to use in resin and the colour is fantastic, very shiny.

Wow I was impressed how much you get in the tub. I have just used it for a Christmas dance show as part of the dancers make up. It was a little tricky to apply using glitter gel to the hair. However the effect was amazing. After applying it on 25 dancers it had barely made a dint in the amount gone from the tub. It will last me years and doesn't make as much mess as glitter.

No real complaint as such. However, a large shall we say clump of the 'flakes' are more like sheet form. Which was a little annoying when needing flakes. Anyone who has used gold leaf in sheet form will know how much it clings to surfaces including hands etc. So you can imagine the mess when trying to break down the clump made up of almost whole sheets. I was everywhere. Wasted a good amount as it stuck to my nails, fingers, tools to try to break into smaller bits. I did the job I intended but would of been better if it had actually been flakes as per description.

Perfect absolutely fabulous, a must have for crafters.
