I tried (and returned) 4 different, highly rated speakers. My problem was that I was trying to make portable blutooth music speakers work for conference calls. They all had mics and claimed they could be used that way, but every time callers complained about the sound almost immediately - it didn't matter how close the speaker was either. When I got a new work-issued laptop and I could barely hear my video calls, I knew I needed to try again, so I picked up the luna. It connected very easily from the start. Zero problems. Mute is easy to find and works well - lights show red to confirm you really are on mute (nice feature). Buttons are all in a good location, work well and feel like they'll last. I can hear everyone LOUD and clear (I actually had to turn the volume down) and they can hear me with no issue. I think it's great and it was about half the price of other highly rated conference call speakers. Minor thing, but I also like that the plastic is not the matte kind (correction, this is not plastic it is actually metal, and very sturdy... as I found out when I dropped it!). The rubberized plastic looks nice at first but is a dust magnet and stinks to clean, this one is super-easy to wipe-off when needed and keeps looking like new.

Pros: Works with all video conferencing calls and I have it connected via bluetooth to a windows powered laptop. I have used Zoom, Webex, Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams. You may need to set the speaker as the default communication device in audio settings. You may also need to select the device again on the application. Bluetooth range was good, I had good connectivity walking around a two story 2000sq ft home in all parts of my house even to a part of my backyard. My home is open concept so that probably helps. Pros: Mute button with led light indicator. Noise cancelling option. Love not having to wear a headset. Audio quality is excellent per my work colleagues and they sound good too. Better audio than my built in speakers. Con: Just one, no indicator for low battery warning. When the battery juice runs out, it just disconnects your call. I still give it 5 stars because the battery life was about 7-8 hours talk time. My solution, leave it plugged into power at my desk for calls and unplug when I need to move around. If you leave it unplugged overnight, it will go on standby or run out of battery so I leave it in since I am on a lot of calls daily.

My Sennehiser speaker finally died after 5 years. But wasn’t looking to spend $200 on a replacement.y camera is an eMeet so I figured I’d give it a try. Quality is just as good as my Sennheiser in terms of sound quality for both myself and those on the other end of the call. The 1 con is that I have to physically turn the speaker on every day. Even though it’s plugged in to my computer, it requires a purposeful power-on to work, which my last one didn’t need. And I wouldn’t call this a con because it didn’t influence my purchase, but the “ai noise suppression” is laughable. All it does is recognize that the sound is louder than it thinks it should be and mutes your mic. So if you start typing, it mutes while you’re typing and comes back when you stop. I could see that being very annoying, having to repeat yourself because your mic cut out. Plus, most virtual meeting spaces have built-in noise suppression anyway so it really isn’t needed. Overall, I’m satisfied with the speaker for work meetings.

Excellent quality. Every call is clear with minimal interference

For extended use it is best to keep it plugged in to keep the charge optimal as the only down side is the battery life can easily drain. It’s truly hands-free, easy to position anywhere, and reliable. The other models I have tried do not compare to the Emeet Luna 360 sound quality. I’d give it more than five stars if I could — highly recommended.

Ideally suited for my home office

I have not tested this in larger office but for 4 person office it works really well. The biggest thing we usually struggle with is the microphone and picking up everyone in the meeting clearly, this device does really well in this regard and the speaker is also very clear. Plug and play, easiest installation. I have bought more expensive ones but this ones quality matches those more expensive ones, definitely value for money.

I use it in my home office. Very clear sound and easy to use. I find it much more convenient than headsets.
