Ahmad Tea Camomile, Honey & Lavender "Sleep" Infusion

My regular sleep tea is Pukka Nighttime. Ahmad is a really nice alternative. These are individual wrapped bags. It is quite sweet (there are honey crystals, or some such, in the tea). Nice fragrance. Certainly seems to send me to sleep. The third option is Clipper sleep tea. That's good, but I find the smell unpleasant.

I have not been able to sleep for months taking me hours to get to sleep then wake after a couple of hours and can’t get back off. These tea bag’s really work I have now had 5 nights of dropping off almost immediately and sleeping through the night. If I do wake for the loo I get back into bed and back to sleep within minutes. This morning I never heard my phone alert me to a message!!! I hope you try them and they work for you 😊

good tea

I am not a tea drinker, we get through gallons of coffee in our household. My daughter though doesn't really drink any hot drinks, occasional hot chocolate but on the whole she sticks to water. She has never been good at getting to sleep, is constantly tired, fatigued and despite her going up to bed at what I think is really early, yo give herself plenty of chance to wind down, she still struggles to a) fall asleep b) stay asleep. I am always prepared to give anything a go in a quest to help her and so along with some ultra soft foam earplugs (sleepy panda) to help with noise reduction and a comfortable sleep mask to darken her surroundings, I have also thought she could give this tea a try as a way to hopefully tell her brain that it is getting ready for sleeping. Don't know if it is the taste, the smell or exactly what about the tea that might help but I'm prepared to give anything a go. Only downside though she has got into her head that she doesn't like lavender, not that it can really get smelt when mixed with the other aromas. So I'm still hopeful the tea might help her, now to just get her to drink it without thinking I'm trying to poison her.

Fabulous presentation and great taste as well.great for weight loss although I don't take it often.

Truly relaxes me and helps me to sleep. I combine it with other teas that contain lemon-balm and valerian root.

This is my new, favourite night time tea. The flavour is lovely - very soothing and relaxing.
