Have Bought a Second One. Bought it initially to make for ice spears for highball cocktails, but discovered I prefer small cubes for that. But it makes perfect long-lasting ice for wide-mouth water bottles. Good quality construction, too.

I make lots of purees for my son and these are great for freezing leftovers! It's so easy to remove once it's frozen! And easy to clean!

I use this to pre-portion soups and stews in my freezer. The portions are the perfect size for me and it's so easy to get one out without having to thaw it. The plastic is durable and I haven't had any issues with freezer burn. To clean it, you can flip the tray inside out and clean it very easily because it's a silicone type material.

There are so many good things to say about these little cube trays…a lot of people have already raved about them and all of their praises are things I also love about them. I have another bonus way to use these cubies…read all the way to end. Here’s a few of my praises:1. Have had these 3 years and they’re in absolute pristine condition, even with consistent use.2. They are SO convenient for having frozen things (soups, broth, large ice cubes, etc) in small freezers where bulky containers are wasting space.3. They’re souper easy to clean (eh? ::wink::); toss them in the dishwasher and they’re ready to go again.4. They stack in each other when not in use; helpful for tiny kitchens with limited storage space.5. YOU CAN BAKE MINI LOAF CAKES IN THEM! Husband had a craving for olive oil cake but a) we didn’t have a cake tin and b) we wanted to be able to give some away to friends, which is very hard/not cute to do if you’re cutting up your round cake into transportable pieces (I don’t have a cake tupperware. I’m an average person with a very tiny aforementioned kitchen.) HE BAKED 4 LITTLE LOAF CAKES IN HERE AND THEY CAME OUT SO PERFECT. They all baked evenly, came out very easily without needing to butter/grease them before pouring the batter (dairy-free household). This also makes it easy to freeze some cake for future enjoyment which encourages a bit more self control than having a giant cake on your counter staring at you, begging to be eaten every time you walk in/near the kitchen. (:10/10 would recommend.
