It's good for small things and it's even better because of the somewhat portability has to offer. It's temperature reaches high enough to melt most things you need and has the necessary soldering equipment for repairs or even work. I've had this used for repairs and may I say it's very convenient rather than having to go somewhere to get it done for you. (If you know what you're doing) It's a solid station which comes with what you need and it's not too big so you can put it somewhere with an empty desk to get to work!

The IR temperature control is dependent on the positioning of the thermocouple. The instructions that came with the unit are somewhat vague on where to place the thermocouple, but I’ve found that placing it close to the outer third of the area under focus works best. Also, place it as close as possible to the board without touching the board or components.

Es una magnifica pieza de tecnologia, con un control supremo de la temperatura, todas sus caracteristicas estan a la altura y todos seguramente lo envidian. Recien sacado del paquete, armado, con instrucciones y todas las piezas completas, aunque un manual es obviamente no necesario para armarlo. Bien embalado, seguro (me hubiera gustado que todas las partes vinieran en bolsa, para evitar una exhaustiva limpieza de estereofon). Es una perfecta maquina de trabajo. Apenas armado, lo encendi y todo funciona perfectamente. Muchas gracias muy contento. No me queda mas que empezar a comprar mas de Yihua.

Overpriced gadget with lots of bells & whistles, but falls terribly short of what it is designed for. Spent better part of an hour putting this together, only to find out the infrared heater was defective: it would constantly cycle on & off at a rapid pace. If this is how they intend to regulate the temperature, someone needs to rework things, cause the glare when on makes it impossible to see anything. The heater head, the glare shield, and the light wands also mean it's difficult to get into the space you need to access to do the job.

Loved it while it lasted but it stopped regulating the iron temp in less than a year. I probably got maybe 50-80 hours of use out of it. Replaced the iron with the exact one it came with, and still no luck. BGA still works great at least, but it feels gross when something breaks like 2 weeks after your warranty expires.

Much better than expected. Good quality and great value for getting 4 in one.

Lo que no me gusta es que los cables de la pistola de aire y de la de calor son muy cortos.

Facil de armar y utilizar sin mucho problema, cumple con el objetivo extraje el chip de manera rapida y sin problemas
