MissShorthair Women's Knit Poncho Shawl Wrap Soft Versatile Cape Scarf

This ‘poncho shawl’ enabled me not only to gracefully hide a post-surgery arm sling but to stay warm when i could not put my surgical arm through a sleeve. I still use mine often to dress up jeans & a simple top, and just bought more to give to friends facing arm surgery. The fabric is soft & lightweight, lots of colors to choose from, and the price is fair. Worn with buttons on one shoulder, the asymetrical design presents a modest swirl of fabric front & back. This poncho looks great and is perfect for transitional weather, Fall or Spring. It is not too heavy or too thin, a nice weight and a great material. It feels like Merino wool, but it's a blend. It falls very nicely, and one of the things I like best is it is not too short! Many poncho styles are not as long as a Tunic, this one is. For a larger woman like me, it completely covers my tummy as well as my backside, and it's a flattering, slenderizing fit. I'm sure it would look just as great on someone more slim than I am as well. The button detail is nice for added style. The buttonholes are tight around the buttons, they won't slip off. You can wear this poncho in different ways, but for me the asymmetrical with buttons over the shoulder is perfect. This won't get too hot either. It is light enough that you can keep it on when going to dinner or church or an event. It was perfect for a Fall trip when we walked several blocks to dinner on a cool evening. Wore it through dinner and then the walk home, and it looked great as well as kept me warm enough with out being too heavy. I'm ordering it in another color. Highly recommend!!

This poncho style shawl is soft and well made. Unfortunately, I had to return it since the event was cancelled. If you like this poncho style, you would enjoy its warmth and easy draping.

As described. Perfect for summer when the A/C is on and you just want a light wrap. My other light wraps were just a little too much. This is perfect!

I purchased this about a year ago, and I loved it! Nice color, nice fabric and fit. Then I gave it away thinking that I would just hit the reorder button to get a new one. I found the item in my orders and hit “buy it again”. Then it came something in a totally different fabric AND color. Although it was also red, but in a different tone, quite dull. Then I thought it was one mistake and returned it. I reordered the first one again. It came again totally different from the previous ones. The fabric was even worse, very poor quality, even the style was different and uglier. I return it again new, never used, but they are taking an unusual long time to refund my money. I hope I will NOT have one more problem with this poor quality product. I would give a 5 stars to the first purchase, but after 3 more bad quality items came and I still wasn’t able to replace the original one, I have to give a zero or minus.

There is no ombré coloring like in the picture. It is just one solid color. It is like the material of a cardigan set. The buttons are a little tough to work. It feels like it will fall apart when I wash it, but it’s still kind of cute. If you are looking for something warm, this is not it, but if you are looking for a light layer, this might work.
