Hot on skin
It very burn your skin, if you have a sensitive skin I don’t recommend. Product will work well when you sweat, I guess it requires sweat to make it hot. Perfect for cardio workout

Terrible product - it burns!
I was very excited about this product until I applied it to my stomach and abdomen. It started off with a slight tingling sensation, then progress to full blown burning sensation. It was so unbearable that I had to leave the gym and go home and take 2 showers. Even after that, I had to apply some burn cream to cool my skin down. It’s a terrible product.

Disappointing
I work out anyway and have a firm stomach but saw this and thought I would try and see how realistic it was. The result was disappointing as it says ‘you can see an 8-pack in three days’ … needless to say I haven’t and doubt I will either … I feel it’s false advertising
