I’ve been using this oregano oil for a while now and it’s definitely one of the strongest I’ve tried. You can tell straight away from the smell and taste that it’s very concentrated, and knowing it’s 92% carvacrol makes it feel like a proper quality product rather than something watered down. I mainly use it diluted in water or mixed with a bit of carrier oil and it seems to do what people usually take oregano oil for – general immune and digestive support. Mix with extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil about 1tsp, then 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar and mix with 100 - 200ml of water. No burning, you can drink 4 drops straight away. Do not mix with plain water. This is an oil, so it sits on the water and is like pouring neat into your mouth. This method enables maximum dose and low discomfort. Understand oregano oil, it's a powerful anti parasitic herb. I also used on a few allergy areas and athlets foot (swim and sauna daily and exposes to lots of bacteria 🦠) used oil a few drops neat. I got a nasty cold and sore throat and I came across this essential oil while looking for a remedy. It just arrived and I used it for the first time. It is too soon to say if it will be effective but what I can say is, it is potent, pure and god quality. It burned my lips. But the taste is familiar and I can say it probably will work. Not sure how fast but I will update this review later based on results.

I purchased this as I have alot of issues with my gut health, I added 2 tiny drops to a glass of water and did not stir, this caused a burning to.my lips, it only lasted a short while..so on next try I made sure to stir properly, consuming a fresh glass of water in between each drink of the oregano mixture. It is very strong and I struggled to get it down at first.. but with practice using fresh water in-between, I managed. I only tried for a few days then gave up. After a few weeks my son got really poorly, bad headache, sore throat, cough etc, and I tried to get him to take the oregano to no avail, the next day I felt myself getting a sore throat and felt twinges of an headache starting, so I made myself a glass of oregano water that night, I also took a glass fresh water to bed with me as through the night I sweated out the viral infection, I woke up wet through, i knew my body had helped me fight the virus . I Had another glass the next day and felt alot better, while my son was still poorly. The smell convinced him not to try it..but honestly this oil in my experience is brilliant, I am going to keep having one glass a day to see if it will continue to help with my gut issues (sibo) and (ibs), I will update if I am able to. I hope it is a good product, Unfortunately it arrived faulty and the lid was cracked so some of the oil had spilled into the box, ruining the label and the instructions are unreadable, but it sure smells strong! Just wish it hadn't spilled out and I got the full bottle and could read the instructions too. I will persevere anyways fingers crossed!
