First time using this product, dog had a minor accident in lounge and had run out of what I normally use. Easy to use, worked well, removed odour. Definitely value for money, best to keep upright after using as no cap to seal off bottle. Brush washed up ok, smelled fresh after use.

This cleaner ticked that box with flying colors, giving me peace of mind while tackling the mess. One of the standout features for me was how easy it was to use. The application process was straightforward, and the built-in brush proved to be incredibly handy for working the solution into the carpet fibers. However, I must admit, I made a rookie mistake by removing the seal cap completely instead of just puncturing a small hole in it. As a result, more solution came out than necessary, which might affect the longevity of the product. In terms of performance, this cleaner exceeded my expectations. It not only eliminated the stain but also tackled the odor with impressive efficiency. However, it's worth noting that it didn't seem to have much effect on older stains or marks on the carpet. Overall, the Pet-Friendly Carpet Cleaner is a reliable solution for pet accidents, offering ease of use and effective stain and odor removal. Just be mindful of the seal cap, dont remove it just puncture it with a hole, to ensure the product lasts as long as possible.

I wouldn’t be without this product, it works brilliantly for us as we have an elderly rescue cat with motility issues, she vomits occasionally despite all the care in the world. The scent is lovely and it’s fantastic at removing all the stains that might come with the accidents. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have stated, the sponge inside the brush doesn’t stay on for very long, even with gentle use. For us it’s not such an issue as the bristle brush is far more effective, however there is no cover or lid so once you’ve pierced the foil the bottle must be kept upright.

This is the only stain remover I use on my carpets especially if my cat has an accident it really works just follow instructions and it absorbes all the stain out of your carpet after three minutes. For really stubborn stains let it dry and repeat the procedure I normally do it the next day.

This is very effective at removing discolouration caused by small pet stains on a rug. Less effective on a completely flat carpet, but still helpful for small stains. Happily, I've not faced any large stains to try it on. Very good at neutralising odour/smells. The 'brush' attachment is quite effective. Be careful: try to use only a small amount of cleaning fluid, to avoid soaking the stained area. The good news is, if you do apply too much, as I did, it didn't harm my carpet's natural colour. Try applying it on a J-cloth, small amounts of this quite strong cleaner fluid are quite effective. Always wear rubber gloves!

All homes should have this regardless of having a pet. Gets stains instantly off the carpet and leaves it smelling fresh. Used on wine, food and dog stains.

My dog decided to use my dark bedroom carpet as toilet paper. tried Pink Vanish to get the stains out and another product with no effect but this cleaner got both stains up with minimal effort, will be buying and using this product from now on. glad we got the recommendation to use it.
