Both of my teenagers are on the high school swim team. This shampoo works great on their hair to remove chlorine build-up and make their hair feel healthy and soft and not feel rough and dry. I will keep buying this as long as my kids swim. Highly recommend for swimmers!

Works ok. I swim 30 minutes in a pool every day. Shampoo doesn’t get all the chlorine out but gets some of it out. Better than another brand I used to use. Maybe I need conditioner but I’m a guy and too lazy to make showering any more complicated.

🌟 I usually don’t write reviews, but this shampoo is fantastic! I’m a 57-year-old swimming instructor and love being in the water with my students. I get my hair wet every day and come home after each swim to wash it with this amazing shampoo. I don’t dye my hair, and I’ve been teaching almost every day, for about 2 years — my hair still looks and feels great! This shampoo completely removes chlorine and leaves my hair soft, smooth, and healthy — like it was never in the pool. I can’t speak for how it works on color-treated hair, but if you have natural, non-dyed hair, this is the best product you’ll find at an affordable price. Totally recommend it!

My son is a competitive swimmer for his high school and swims just about every day. His hair would still smell like chlorine even after he showed until he started using this shampoo. It leaves his hair smelling good and removes the chlorine making his hair feel soft and nice. I highly recommend this product and the chlorine removing body wash too as it works great, even his swim coaches recommend both products and is used at the swim clinic pool in every shower dispenser. Now, that is a great product when a professional swimming facility has these products in their shower dispensers for all swimmers to use. Try it for yourself. It is worth the money!

Shampoo makes a little difference… not sure if the price is justified. The squeeze bottle, particularly the lid, is as flimsy as it gets. Arrived broken. I’ve had shampoo squeeze bottles like those of Umberto Giannini that are not marketed for ‘travel’, yet are way sturdier than this. It feels like a rip-off for the swimming community altogether.

Seems to work well although I also use a chlorine damage control conditioner!! I have highlights in my hair so I’m super careful!

My hair & scalp love this shampoo. So far, after a couple months of use, I've had no flaking or itching on my scalp, my roots are less greasy and my hair (fine, 1b, a LOT of it) has bounce and softness that I'm used to getting with higher end products. I'm vain about my hair and I've invested in more high-end salon-quality hair products (like JVN) over the last five years; I was worried that this shampoo would be effective in getting out chlorine, but that my roots and hair might not like it, and I'm so glad I was wrong! I had to switch to this shampoo because I noticed a bit of damage from swimming and the apple cider shampoo I was using as a more natural remedy to chlorine was drying my hair out and making it static, even with the use of JVN's hair mask. The combination I'm using now is TRISWIM shampoo with a Giovanni strengthening hair mask. If I sub out the TRISWIM shampoo for the Giovanni strengthening shampoo, my hair is much more dull and limp- within one wash with TRISWIM, my hair is back to being bouncy, shiny and soft. I can't wait to see how gorgeous my hair will look when I combine TRISWIM with JVN's hair mask!

Seems to work well , quite a strong fragrance. Hair doesn’t feel super soft after but definitely removes any chlorine build up.
