Great item
Quinine is hard to get and I use it to help me with severe leg cramps. The liquid seems to help resolve my issue quickly.

Helps get rid of leg cramps!
My podiatrist recommended I drink tonic water to stop leg cramps....but I DESPISE tonic water! It's so gross!! I got this supplement hoping for relief without drinking the awful tonic water. It worked!!! Also it's a bit sweet so it has a pleasant flavor that doesn't make me run to chase it with water. You only need to take about 15-20 drops per day to help with leg cramps, so it's a great value. I highly recommend it.

Definitely helped with leg cramps
The first bottle of this quinine really did help with my nighttime leg cramps. I have been taking a dropper full under my tongue twice a day and again at night if I get a leg cramp. This has definitely helped cut down the frequency of my nighttime leg cramps and the severity. Unfortunately the second bottle I got must have soured somewhere along the line because I opened it this morning and put a dropper full under my tongue and immediately spit it back out. It tasted absolutely horrible whereas the previous bottle was actually pretty good tasting. Amazon issued me a refund since this is a non-returnable item and I ordered another bottle. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the next bottle will be good again because it really does help.

Very sweet, works for my husband
We bought this because our former brand of quinine is now unavailable. This one tastes different, but is also syrupy sweet. I don't like that but my husband does. Does it work? He swears by it. I'm not sure. I still try it when my legs feel twitchy like they might cramp up. We will still use it because he thinks it really helps him.

Maybe some relief
Hard on my stomach. Have to take for months for slight improvement . I really was suffering for years with nocturnal cramps in my legs. Maybe the quinine helped a little, my neurologist prescribed Flexeril and wow it helped a great deal.
