Perfect book for beginners!!!
I am so glad I got this book. The recipes are easy to understand and so so yummy. I had never made macarons before and this is the perfect way to learn. My favorite part is the section on navigating troubles - as it tells you exactly why certain things (like cracked shells) are happening!! So far I have made the strawberry shells with lemon curd filling, mocha shells with nutella filling, and lemon shells with lemon buttercream filling. All AMAZING!
