I use this product nightly on my face & have noticed a definite improvement on my age spots. They have faded by about 75% after only using 2 jars. My skin is smoother & softer. Forehead wrinkles have lessened. A jar will last me about 3 months. I will keep using. I am well pleased with the results.

Works well. Takes a little time, but the difference is noticeable.

For the oily/combo girlies. This has a nice feel on my combo skin. The texture is creamy without being overly heavy or greasy, and it sinks in nicely, so there's no feeling like you have a layer of cream sitting on your face. My skin just feels hydrated and looks so fresh and healthy that I almost wish I could use it during the day (retinols are PM only, friends; retinols + sun = $$$ dermatologist visits). I wasn't sold on the scent at first, there's something about it that's very early '00s Bath and Body Works, but I've gotten used to it. I like that it's a gentle retinol and moisturizes while also managing/preventing fine lines and sun spots, and since I don't look like a hag yet, I'd say it's effective. I use this every night as part of my evening skincare routine (face and neck), so I go through a jar about every 2-3 months. Subscribe and save is definitely the way to go. It's consistently about $8 cheaper than full price from Amazon or Target.

Works wonders on dark spots!

The first two photos (the ones with my hair in a braid and in a pink shirt) are from the summer of 2021 when I was 27 and had no skincare routine. The last two photos are of me at 30 years old taken in July/August 2024. These photos have no filters applied, and no Botox or prescription strength topicals were used. All of my products last about 2 or more months with daily use and are about $12-25, this cream being the most expensive product but totally worth it. This Rapid Tone Repair cream has been an integral part of my skincare routine. I have tried the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair, but find this Rapid Tone Repair option has the same effect on diminishing wrinkles but does a much better job at making my skin tone even and bright. I work out every day, sweat a lot, and naturally have oily skin, but this cream doesn’t leave any residue. You can use it twice a day but I use it once every morning after washing with a Cetaphil Oil Removing Foam Wash and Urban Skin Rx Even Tone Gentle Gel Cleanser and about 15 minutes after applying Cera Ve Skin Renewing Exfoliating Treatment and the Ordinary brand Multi-Peptide Eye Serum. My skin looks brighter and even-toned immediately after applying. About 30 minutes after applying this Neutrogena Rapid Tone Repair cream, I apply an oil absorbing moisturizer from Cetaphil. At night, I wash again with the Cetaphil foaming face wash for oily skin and Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask with 3.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. I then reapply the Ordinary Multi-Peptide Eye Serum and The Ordinary brand Granactive Retinoid 2% Emulsion. I find this retinoid emulsion works better than squalene serums with my oily skin. If you want to skip the granactive retinoid emulsion, I would recommend using this Neutrogena Rapid Tone repair in its place. It took about 8 weeks for me to see a notable difference, but consistency is key and I’m amazed when I compare picture over the years. My skin did purge within the first month of two which made me break out for a week or so likely due to the retinol but keep pushing through it and it will totally be worth it.

I like this. Be careful with retinol as it can make your skin sensitive. Only use at night because sun is irritating. I like the texture of the cream and it feels nice going on. Wait for all other products on the face to dry completely before putting this on, and for this to dry before putting anything on after it or it might sting/burn and irritate skin. It seems to make my skin smoother hydrates, and gives it a nicer color.

I had successfully used this cream on my face, with a slight ramp up period. Felt like it was going well so I tried it on my neck last week. Five days later I'm at urgent care being prescribed steroids and tons of topical creams to combat an out of control retinol burn. I've been waking up to myself scratching at the rash. It's incredibly uncomfortable and I hope to caution people to use this product carefully at first. Lesson: just because your face is ok with retinol does not mean your neck can handle it. Neck skin is thinner and can be more sensitive than your face. Take a little amount, then use only half that at first. I used what I thought was a small amount and ended up in urgent care. You can also buffer with, or apply directly after moisturizer. Retinol burn is avoidable if you start with tiny amounts and spaced application, but please be careful. I hope someone can learn from my mistake. I really thought I had acclimated to retinol, but I was so wrong!

Have been using for 6 days and so far I really like the. way it makes my skin feel. Soft, supple and like it is removing dry, rough skin.

The product was not bubble wrapped. NO EXPIRY DATE. The box not sealed. Cream went to the the cover. Taken off shelf.

I really like this product but it is no longer available. Got it from Amazon and so pleased. Will last me a year and then I will have to think again. Wonderful delivery.
