Does this fit a 16" Royal Baby bike?

Yes it does. I took the training wheels off my son's 16" bike and it fit well. The kickstand is adjustable for bigger bikes as well.

Will this fit 20" bmx stile bike? Bought the one that goes up yo 20" and it was entirely too short, had to return it.

I put it on a 16" bike and it works fine. I looked at the description and it states it would fit several different types of 20" bikes. I am not familiar with bmx stile bikes so I can't honestly answer your question. I am sorry.

Will this work on a 20” trek bike?

Probably not, but I’m not sure … I bought it for my son’s bike.
