710W High Performance, 0-2800 RPM Corded Hammer Drill, with 4 Drill Bits and Kitbox, BEH710K-GB

Bought to replace a 25 year old Black & Decker that I'd literally worn out. This new one is more powerful and has a much better chuck lock mechanism. Drilled through rock-hard engineering brick no problem on hammer. Variable speed of course. It would benefit though from a bigger case as you have to take the handle off to store it. And not including a depth gauge is penny-pinching - it's just a bit of plastic. (took the depth gauge off my old drill). Overall though its very good given how much cheaper than the professional tools.

I bought this to replace an old cordless hammer drill which had packed up. Had to get used to deal with a cord but apart from that for the price I am very impressed with this drill. It's done every job I've asked it to do without a problem.

Really impressed with this drill esp for the cost. Used it for drilling bricks to put shelving up and was no problem. Feels good quality and seems very well built. Only slight negative is you have to take the handle off to put it back into its case but as I will only use occasionally its not an issue for me. Really like the long power cord and keyless chuck.

Loved the drill. Works well on wood, metal, and concrete, worth the money, l always buy Black and Decker, A company you can trust..

Just the job cheers

Despite it being on hammer settings, and using masonry drill bits, it could not penetrate my concrete floor to fit a toilet pan down. It does however work as a normal drill, and is half decent on brick (half decent being it works with a lot of force).
