I like this product. I find while it is subtle, it does appear to help some with body aches. I will continue to use it.

I take 3 in the morning and 3 at bedtime. It is the best working California poppy that I've used to date. Coming back to buy it again highly recommend.

It didn’t really do anything at all for my pain, didn’t help with sleep or anxiety. Kind of a waste of money. Wild lettuce is better.

I got these to help with sleep and they didn't help at all. For anxiety relief ashwagandha and cbd work much better
